WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I just wanted to cancel a portion of my healthcare plan I recently renewed, I did the exact same thing six months ago with no troubleFirst call to vital one a very rude young lady told me they wouldn't handle it and I had to call a different number- I never had to do this before I started to explain to the young lady, I could tell she didn't care and was not interested in helping me, so I got off the phone and went ahead and tried this other phone number-times- was put on hold for 7ish minutes and then it hung up on meSo I called the vital one number I have always called back to see what they could doThe same rude girl answered and continued in her very unhappy mood-towards meShe clearly remembered me because I didn't even have to tell her why I was calling-and she clearly didn't want to be speaking with me-cut me off, told me to let her finish and wouldn't even hear me out I tried to explain I'd rather speak with a manager, she didn't even let me explain what was happening or seem to care at all....put me on hold in mid sentence and left me on hold for more minutesSo I call back again...this time a guy who answers claims to be a manager and that his name is ***, he was also very rudeI tried starting the conversation pleasantly and he cut me off and asked, what is it we can help you with?" in a very short and harsh toneI asked if I could have the name of the lady who I had spoke with both times prior and he said he'd get it for me but wanted to know what he could help me with now (obviously not planning to get me her name or help me out)I tried to explain the situation, that I've always called this number, I've been transferred to where ever I've needed to be transferred to and gotten all issues handled in the pastHe told me he couldn't help me but I could do something via email or call a different number; again, I tried to explain I've never had to do this before and I did the exact same thing I'm trying to do about months agoI tried to explain the number they're giving me keeps putting me on hold for or so minutes and then hanging upI asked if he could transfer me after he called and actually go someone on the line so I would be sure to get this handled....this small cancellation that doesn't even take minutes....that's all I wantHe interrupted me and told me he'd be transferring me now, as I was pleading for him to not do so, he placed me on holdThis now makes different times I've been cut off in mid sentence, not listened to by the "customer service" person on the other end of the phone...and one of them is suppose to be a MANAGER!!!!??????? Perhaps Vital One has forgotten what the term customer service means? Reluctantly, I called back an additional times.....every single time my call remained on hold and they wouldn't pick up...then magically my phone would show the call was disconnectedWOW, PROFESSIONAL....HANGING UP ON ME, OVER AND OVERI know they knew it was me as the "manager" [redacted] shared with me my name pops up on their screen when I call in-that's how he knew to call me by name before I spoke a single word to him on our call....but then he couldn't find the girls name of who I spoke to before???? Something is WAY OFF AT THE VITAL ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER/CALL CENTERI've never been treated so poorlyI urge Vital One to listen to the recorded phone calls and hear how their employees are treating peopleI know I started to get heated on the phone, I apologize if it seemed bad, but someone only begins to speak back to people that way when they've been mistreated or not listened to by customer service reps I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH VITAL ONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF DIRT BY YOUNG KIDS ANSWERING THE PHONEMy minute phone call has now taken up hours of my morning....thank you unnamed rude girl and [redacted] for not doing your job and not be capable of compassion, listening, or being a decent customer service rep...you have now wasted a lot of my time...unnecessarily

Be aware, this is not insurance! None of my health providers recognises itThe man I talked with, *** ***, was misleadingWhat I got was a healthcare discount program and its terrible.All they do is take your moneyI talked with him 6/26/and policy was in effect on 7/15/They refused to return ANY refundI live on disability and I was taken advantage ofI don't know how their Revdex.com accredited..I paid several hundred for 'enrollment' on 6/26/and again they took from my acctyesterdayInvestigate well before giving your moneyI did't and was connedRun from this scam

I am very frustrated and deceived by this co USA Dental Club called me to sell this membership and guaranteed to find a dentist in my area with a great savings which did not happen I had to call many times eating a lot of time on hold and getting disconnected several different times and days Finally they could not find or provide a better or quote less than I had obtained on Sept 11, from a local dentist office given to me prior to signing up with USA Dental Club through Vital Health Plans Now I lost the initial fee of which was paid with a Capital One credit card in the amount of $on 12/18/ I cancelled this service on 1/26/and asked for a refund due to not receiving any benefit from this membership Their customer service is terrible and their sales pitch is deceiving

A total scamrepresentation by telling you that it is a real Health insurance with zero deductible but in real it is a total fake stuff i.e., you are told that you will receive a mailed guide line for review with in ten days and if you don't like it you will have a full refundIn real you will never receive any document and if you call with in that period of ten days they will put you on hold and will tell you that someone will call you back
After the grace period if you like to cancel the policy they will tell you that there is no refund as the days have passed away and you get nothing back
I waited thirteen days never received a card or any other documentation for review and eventually lost all of my $for initial enrollment
So, bottom line stay away from Vitalonehealth.com or any company which tells you that they have zero deductible policy

The USA Dental Club is only out to make money for themselves!!! To make my long story short, I did not receive What I was told I would get and it is now my understanding that the plan is not widely recognized and that some dentists have never heard of it at all. I also have been told that if I cancel now I will not get a full refund of the money I paid t o get started. I have gone from feeling like the plan was somewhat misrepresented to me to feeling like it was grossly misrepresented. I have experienced the same rudeness that was talked about in one of the other customer reviews. The USA Dental Club ought not be allowed to operate. I say close them down!!!!!!!!!

It has been a nightmare dealing with this "company". I've spent so much time on the phone requesting an ID card so that I can start using my benefits only to be hung up on, lied to and led astray. Been paying since May 1st for benefits and as of today, June 1st, still don't have the information necessary to see a provider. Terrible experience.

Please be aware as you will be told this is an insurace program on the phone....then when you are sent to varification.....I would advice you to listien carefully.....this program does no cover up to 70%,,,they will state....underhandly, that you will most likely see 20%. I would advice you to look into this and verify your doctors are on this club list. . I feel like I was told by the first advisor all deatails, then As I went to the recording, I obviously didn't listen carefully. My advice is to listen carfully, not an insurace and they basically take your money to find a provider that will do the work the cheapest. Not impresssed!

sometime in December 2014 I got solicited on phone call by this firm wanting to sell dental insurancewas appalled by the rudeness exhibited by the person I was talking to. I listened to his speal about the companyasked a few questionsthen he had this promotion for a discount rate if I did it now and used credit card on the phonetold him I didn't buy that waybut he insisted that only way to get discounted ratewhen I declined , he basically called me stupid for not accepting promotion and buying nowtold him to send me something in the mail and I would look at itthen he saidand I quote"well-thanks for wasting my time"upon which I became heated and said "screw you and your insurance company"and he replied"screw you too", and hung upI called number back that was on my Phone ID to see if anyone answerand told them would like to talk to a managerwas put on holdsat there for about 15 minutes then call was disconnectedthought the whole company was a scamso was surprised when saw they had a web sitehope management reads these complaints and goes back and listens to the recorded phone callsI was appalled that someone that rude could be called a company representativesome time later, company called [Jan-27-2015-]so thought would listen again and be ready with comments of my ownthis time rep was courteous and when told him would like to review information first, he directed me to the web site
