I ordered two bottles of capsules with the understanding that all I had to do was pay the $4.99 shipping per bottle; however this was not the case.
I ordered two bottles of capsules with the understanding that all I had to do was pay the $4.99 shipping per bottle. I recently noticed on my credit card bill that I have been billed $89.95 twice (once in Aug and Sept 2019) and 80.95 (once in Aug and Sept 2019). I didnt realize this until I tried to use my credit card and was declined which I knew was not right. This is how I realized they have been billing me. The advertising is tricky and false and I don't recall every agreeing to an autoshipment nor did I receive any info about my membership. I called the number my credit card holder instructed me to call to wait for over 45 mins twice to be disconnected. I also emailed and have not heard anything back. I want the charges refunded to my account. Nowhere on their free trial offer did I see any mention of an 89.95 per bottle charge. Please help. Product_Or_Service: Testo and ViralisRX

Desired Outcome

I want all the charges refunded and this was a scam.

We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customer's frustrations and have responded to the complaint by providing a full refund of the remaining charges of $ 89.01 on Oct 8, 2019. Please allow for 7-10 working days for it to appear on the bank account.

Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial.

The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for another 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive an RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged.

There should have been no charges on Oct 8, 2019 as I talked to them on the phone on Oct 2 and was told that I would get 100% refund on the Sept 2019 charges and 50% on the August 2019 charges. The account should have been closed last week so no reason for any charges on Oct 8, 2019

Classic bait switch operators. Debited my credit card $89.00+ without my knowledge or approval. Be aware of this company. Check their Revdex.com rating first.

Company advertises a 14 trial for a nominal fee, $6.95, and as part of the order/ on line checkout process includes nebulous language(Terms and Conditions) that results in a significant charge($89.25) if the trial is not cancelled. Contact with the vendor was not successful in having the charge removed and their position was hostile.

I ordered a bottle of vitamins from Vital Surge. After the 1st order in May, I cancelled the product. Since that time, I have received a bottle per month and my credit card has continued to be charged. In July, my account was charged twice. I have sent 2 letters requesting termination but they continue to charge my account. Please help and stop these people.

Vital Surge ripped me off for $200. I tried a sample of two products - then was sent two more bottles. They hid the fact that I had to call to cancel.
I would like to file a complaint against a company that just ripped me off for $200. The company is called Vital Surge at XXX-XXX-XXXX. I tried a sample of Vital Surge Viralis RX and Vital Surge Testo and without notice was sent two additional bottles for $90 each plus shipping. I'm sure in fine print there was a statement that I had to cancel when I ordered the samples, but it was not obvious and they clearly intended to ship me products on my credit card without my approval. This is clearly a rip off. My name is *** and my number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. What recourse do I have?

Desired Outcome

hen I ordered the samples, they never disclosed the fact that I needed to make a call to cancel, or they purposely hid the fact and the telephone number that I had to call. They then billed me for $200, I would like my credit card reimbursed for the $200.

I ordered two bottles of capsules with the understanding that all I had to do was pay the $4.99 shipping per bottle. On 5/15/2019 I was billed $89.95 for one bottle. They tried to bill an additional 89.95 for the second bottle but that transaction was denied for some reason, thank God. Nowhere on their free trial offer did I see any mention of an 89.95 per bottle charge. I called their customer service number to see if I could get this situation resolved and the lady I spoke to was very rude. I explained to her that I did not see anything on their free trial offer that included a charge of 89.95 per bottle. She admitted that this information was only visible if one was to click on the small box on their page that says "terms and conditions". I told her that I didn't even notice this box and that this feels like a scam to me. She said the best she can do is refund $31.00 out of the $89.95. I asked for a full refund but she would not agree. Please help.

The VIRALIS RX and TESTO supreme supplements were ordered with 'free' advertisement off my computer. I don't remember that I accepted terms of a 2 week trial, which they said I did, on 3/22/2019. I thought it was only $4.95 for mailing, but I didn't realize both supplements would charge me $4.95 for the mailing on 3/22/2019. I didn't get it in the mail til 5 days later and I would never agree to a 2 week trial, since it would take about 5 days or so just to mail it to me. I was sick with the flu, so I didn't use it until 2 weeks later and it did not perform, as claimed to. This is an herbal Viagra, and I was going to return it, but didn't realize until I received my VISA bill that I was charged on 4/7/2019 twice, for the amount of $89.95. My wife called to ask for refund and told agents Helen and later Jack, that the supplement was a scam and did not work, so we want our money back and they refused to, based off a "terms & condition" policy that I didn't remember seeing on the website. They never let me talk to a supervisor and Jack refused to give me an address. I was never notified via email on what and when I would be charged and I did give them my email address of ***@hotmail.com. I did call my VISA charge customer service and told them I refuse to pay the amounts on 3/22 and 4/7 and they sent the complaint onto their dispute dept. and I paid the VISA bill minus the $189.80 charges from Dreambodygoaldiet.com.

I accept the refund for these items.

Someone from vitalsurgebrands used by debit card number to make 2 - $ 89.95 orders from another company without my consent or permission! I'm 100% disabled because of a automobile accident and I had a vertebra fusion and also have severe spinal cord injury which left me paralyzed in my legs and I cannot financially afford products that cost $179.90!! I now cannot buy my groceries for myself now! I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer to represent me in a civil suit because they only offered me 50% of my money back! I called the company and the associate that I was talking to was very rude and claimed that their company would never give a customers debit card number to another party! He was very rude and unprofessional and basically called me a liar! I was then transferred to a company Supervisior and he was more disrespectful and rude than his associate but what should you expect if a companies managers and supervisors are unprofessional and rude then the employees are gonna be rude! One of the men's name was ***!! So people don't give your personal information to VITALSURGE or you will most probably be scammed by this company!
