Vitamin Cabin

I was skeptical about ordering from this website but researched online and found nothing negative. I ordered a supplement on 11/14/24 and got a confirmation email. I heard nothing after that. After 3 weeks I emailed their customer service because I never received the order and asked that they cancel the order. I included all the information, order number, etc. I told them that my credit card hadn't been charged but if it was charged and I hadn't received the order I would be filing a complaint with the FTC ASAP. I never heard from them until 2/25/2025 when they sent an email confirming the order had been canceled. My credit card was never charged, but I will never go to the website again. My experience makes me wonder about the authenticity of the vitamin cabin website.

Like other consumers, I ordered some products from Vitamin Cabin. Aside from receiving an initial email stating that the order was received, I have heard nothing further.
I have tried to contact this company several times using different methods, and I cannot make contact. No one answers the phone, no one calls back after leaving a message, no one responds to messages on Facebook, and no one responds to emails.
I am extremely unhappy with this company and I believe that this whole site is a scam operation.

Review: I ordered a case of 6 jars of [redacted] form a company called Bonanza. They are thesame type business as [redacted]. The order never arrived and I contacted [redacted] and they told me they contacted Vitamin Cabin with the issue. Vitamin Cabin never responded. [redacted] informed me I need to deal with the seller directly. I emailed them (Vitamin Cabin) on their website several times asking where my order is and they never responded to me either. The [redacted] order # is [redacted].Please help me either get my purchase or get me my money back.Desired Settlement: Contact business - Vitamin Cabin- and either get me my order or get me a refund.
