They waited 3 weeks (13 week work days) to ship the item. No response from them over the phone or email when inquiring.

Review: I placed an order online for $24.80 for vitamins; the payment did not go through. Weeks later I received a call that to go ahead with the order to call them as their system was now working; I did not call them. On 12-28-2014 I received an email that the order had shipped (I have not received it). Looking at my PayPal account that amount had been taken out on 12-4-2014. I have emailed the company and called them (the order no. is 7012) and have had not any response. When I phoned today their message box was full.

The amount should never have been processed since it did not go through when I tried to place the order. And I have never received the product or had a response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a check in the amount of $24.80. I am hesitant to have them access my PayPal account, as I fear it may have been done in a fraudulent manner since I never received the product. Thank you.
