Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The problem is that everything in all of your ads state that I will only need to have access to the target phone for several minutes - one time only I DO NOT CONTINUALLY HAVE ACCESS to the phone - if I had known that you would have to have numerous access' to the phone I would have never purchased the software!! No one ever tried to help during the initial week when I was having so many problems I only received bogus responses that were not at all helpful - I just want my money back as you state in ALL of yours ads I was never ablew to use it from DAY of my 1/download - my software download was not successful because only a portion downloaded as for it stopping later ....it never even fully downloaded so that just adds to the reason you should refund my money In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hello,Upon purchasing the program you received a license email which contained an activation linkYou clicked the activation link with activated the license and the softwareJust above the activation link, within the license email, is a paragraph which clearly states that once you click the activation link the software is activated and no refund will be availableHere is the text of that message from your license email: Activation links are a representation of a license that verify the authenticity and licensed use of the software product purchasedBy clicking on the activation link contained in this email you are accepting receipt of the product and activating the license of the product you have purchasedFor the software you have purchased to collect information from an Android device the software must be installed to that deviceIf you will be using the no jailbreak program it will not be necessary to install the program to the monitored deviceFor all other versions it will be necessary to install the program to the monitored deviceIf you are unable to perform this action do not activate the license key Your refund has been denied as a result of you activating your softwarePlease keep in mind that your license key will remain active should you have use for the software in the future
