I tried responding on your website but couldn't find a way to.....this resolved my complaint....I have received a bank deposit and I'm waiting on my check to arrive....thank you for resolving this matter....I have found a Facebook page, STOP GARCINIA CAMBOGIA FREE TRIAL SCAM, Revdex.com should check these people's complaints out concerning this company, and found out I wasn't the only one being scammed in the same manner....1500+ people on there and who knows how many have just given up after being treated so badly by this company......this company needs to revamp their marketing practices or get out of business....Thank you, [redacted]

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and... acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia supplements on a 16 day trial basis back on 06/10/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.95 + $1.95 for rush processing. The trial expired on 06/26/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipment on 06/26/2017 $89.95. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. We feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus as a courtesy we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 06/26/2017 for any misunderstanding when placing the order.Here is the refund confirmation:Refunded - $89.95 Trans-ID: [redacted] 07/19/17Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

Our customer service team advised the customer to call back with the bank. On 2/7/2018, the customer’s account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution. However, the dispute was ruled in our favor. On 3/12/2018, the customer called multiple times demanding a refund even though the bank ruled in our favor. Customer claimed she never received the product even after we gave her the tracking number. We appreciate your understanding.  7Tell us why here...glad to respond to your update wish I had the opportunity to get email updates and request from VitaXslim so that I could respond to them I a timely manner. This is not easy since I am out of town and trying to use my cell phone. Hope this help.

The trial expired on 12/21/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/22/2017 $89.95 for the [redacted] and $85.95 for the Cleanse. On 12/28/2017 the customer did call our call center in to which our T&C were explained.  She did not mention anything about cancelling her subscription, just that she hadn't had a chance to try out the products yet. Additionally, a testimonial is not required after the 2 week trial has ended.
