If there was no bugs then how did I get bites all over me??? They was all over me and I have pictures to prove it U have video feed to proov itWhy are u doing thisThe hotel is badI had to fix the tv cause they said they could not helpThey never gave me my deposit back cause an employee took itI got bed bugs and it covered my bodyWhy cant u see that ur employees dont care and are lieingI want my money back

Thanks for your comments I did check this matter in detail with my front desk as well assistant managers and housekeepingFirst of all, the room first assigned to him had no issues with bed bugs, but we gave him benefit of doubt after inspecting the room for the complaintWe treated the room with necessary sprays threw the old beds and replaced with new, as well changed him to a new room which had no issues when he moved in, according to himAfter his stay was done, we re rented the room the same day, the guest is still there and we have had no complaints what so ever for bed bugs from that roomNow, it is pretty logical for someone to move out of a place if there is an issue like that right away and request for refundBut Mr[redacted] decided to stay here for the whole week before moving out and then he sends a note to Revdex.com seems like he has a history of doing this with other hotels around this areaHe also mentioned that the new room had bed bugsThe room is still rented and has no issues what so ever in it His whole stay after changing rooms for the complaintdoes not qualify for a full refund from any means possiblewe did everything possible to please the gentlemen Thanks Management

NoI could not afford to miss a day from work to get treatedAll I got are witnesses that seen themAnd the people at the hotel even noticed them and spoke to me about themThey saw what I had and dont understand why they are lieingWe all had a long conversation about it

That is not true what they saidThey did not spray or treat my room at allThey gave me a room like three days later because they got fed up with me complainingThe other room I went to thoffice multiple time and showed all three people my arms and body of the bites and they said just to talk to managmentBut would not helpI complained everydayThey said sorry we dont give out free stuffAnd in the pictures I showed there ia no way anyo e would not say anythingThey just dont to give back my moneyLook at all the tapes of me walking in showi g them my armsEveryday they ask is everything goodI would tell them no

I have checked and checked and checked again with the assistant manager and housekeepingThe room he stayed in was rented before he came and it is still rented after he left, there has been no complaints whatsoever for bed bugsThe housekeeping says they went times to give him weekly service on different occasionHe mentioned nothing about bed bugs to themHe asked for towels, toilet papers, trash bags etc from him and nothing was ever mentioned to him about that

Horrible , disgusting , filthy place ! We traveled with another family who booked in "the villas", 2 BR condo suites. Our quite was 5610/11z. Let's begin by the filth on the walls, fans, hole in bedroom door, gum on rug, someone's shoes in the closet, dirty dishes, fish smell from the fridge/freezer and the rug so amazing dirty that the soles of feet turned black. We spent one night due to being exhausted from 10 hours of traveling and checked out immediately first thing the next day, as did our friends. The front desk apologized and said the villas are owner operated . Isn't there a condo association or some form of rules of expectations??? Last but not least , we had to pay for the night's stay and was told our CC would be credited in 2-3 business days. Called on day 4 and was told 5-7. Despicable. I didn't even want to rate this 1 star but had no choice
