Large brokers like [redacted] have the influence to prevent Vitex from continuing to run its business and understand that there’s little that can be done in return. It is true that we shipped a load one day late but what we did was our only option at the time to avoid being dragged into a long and potential claim for late delivery and keeping the customer happy. At the time our driver’s truck had broken down and our dispatch was contacted to help resolve the issue. There was no available Vitex drivers in the area so we did the only thing we could in order to insure that the product was delivered as quickly as possible. It is unsettling that [redacted] would so quickly accuse us of mishandling their brokered load before fully understanding the entire situation. If [redacted] choses to not continue business with Vitex then that is their own decision and we respect that but trying to prevent every other broker from booking loads with us is excessive and unprofessional."

Review: On Wednesday 8/4/15 we caught Vitex, Inc MC#[redacted] double brokering our load. Double brokering is strictly prohibited by our company and is stated on the contract and rate confirmation they signed. Vitex picked up our load in Commerce, CA on 7/30/15 that was to deliver to Springfield MO on 8/3/15. Vitex transported it to a warehouse in Kansas City, MO to a place called T&S which we can find no evidence of this being an actual company/warehouse. Vitex brings their loads there, unloads them which again is strictly prohibited for many liability reasons and has them double brokered to other carriers to deliver. When we confronted Vitex about double brokering our fright they claimed it was a driver leased on to them. One of many lies.The carrier it was double brokered to is a carrier we use often (we can provide a name and proof of all of this) and we were able to get in contact with them directly. Once Vitex knew the [redacted] found out what was going on they continued to lie. First saying their truck broke down and they just repowered the trailer. After countless lies Vitex finally admitted to taking the load to [redacted] and double brokering it. Vitex has been doing this for numerous loads. T&S / Vitex are not a shipper nor do they have any type of authority to broker our freight to other carriers. Again, it is stated in our contract and our rate confirmation that NO load is to be double brokered. In this being said after they admitted it they have the audacity to file a complaint on us including our Revdex.com. [redacted] did nothing wrong. Vitex lied countless times and double brokered our load. I will not stand for my companies name to be drug in the mud when it is unwarranted and all false information and lies. I would stay very clear of this company. They are extremely unprofessional and shady. They stated in one complaint that we were rude and put him down when he did nothing wrong. This is mind boggling to me. He admitted double brokering our load and still states he did nothing wrong. My employee never cussed him. This is yet another lie by Vitex. This is not the first false claim Vitex has made on [redacted] about this load. They have posted their lies on several websites. I will continue to fight this false claim for as long as I have to and will go to any length I need to to fight this. I do not want to see this happen to another company. We have proof of everything and names of people that can back this up.Desired Settlement: They double brokered our load and it is strictly prohibited in their contract and rate conformation. We have proof and it needs to go on their Revdex.com website that they double broker loads.
