I'm rejected his offer that was made of only paying back the insurance company $I should be reimbursed the full amount due to consultation and x-ray are complimentary I have provided a link to his website where it’s stated at and also the link to his direct website I will contact my insurance company to see if anyone has called them I was unable to respond to him because I have been in and out of the office Thank you for your quick response and your help it’s greatly appreciated[redacted]

As per our conversation, the billing mistake was on our end Our employee filed the insurance form pre-maturely after the consultation was performed Our billing department assumed the patient was starting treatment and the patient never began treatment in our office It was human error on our part and we are willing to resolve the issue immediately We also contacted the insurance company of 7-17-and 8-11-in an effort to get an exact amount for payback and where to send the check We have not heard back but will continue to pursue a proper response to resolve this issue The employee responsible for this mistake was fired from her job approximately months ago This may have contributed to our oversight of the problem Regardless, we will resolve this issue as soon as possible The other party involved should feel free to call us to be reassured that we will handle this promptly Sorry again for all the confusion DrJJeffrey Arnold and Staff

Dr. Arnold called in to advise the business has reimbursed the consumers insurance company. The consumer is now able to place a claim with the insurance company for treatment.
