At this time, I have been contacted directly by Vitis LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: After a few weeks and multiple calls, e-mails and attempts to reach the company, I was FINALLY able to talk to someone who assured me the ordered wines would ship A few days later I received a shipment of wine The company sent me the wine from the same producer but of a different vintage The wine sent came from a much poorer vintage, had received significantly worse reviews, and was offered at a much lower selling price that that of the vintage I ordered Furthermore, I had marked "No Substitutions" in my order, and it is not acceptable for the merchant to take payment, not ship the order and be generally unresponsive, and then finally "bait and switch" by shipping out a different and cheaper vintage than the wine I had ordered despite my explicit instructions that no vintage substitutions were allowed In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Vitis LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The store finally - after many calls and complaints - sent six bottles of wine, but they were of a different - and significantly cheaper - vintage I did NOT authorize any substitutions and they did not have the right to ship a different product from thae one I ordered without my permission I do not believe this business is operated in an honest or ethical manner and - at the very least - I would like a refund reflecting the market value of the wines I ordered and paid for and those of lesser value that I was eventually sent without my permission for a substitution In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The store finally - after many calls and complaints - sent six bottles of wine, but they were of a different - and significantly cheaper - vintage.  I did NOT authorize any substitutions and they did not have the right to ship a different product from thae one I ordered without my permission.
