house over the [redacted] house wrap. The [redacted] house wrap, which is installed to prevent water leakage, was installed by others hired by Mr. [redacted]. At the time the work was completed (January 5, 2015), there was insufficient material (coil and drip cap) to complete the job in its entirety. We had returned on January 16, 2015 to complete the ledge board and flashing. The bill for installation of the ledger board is still outstanding. Also, prior to siding installation, the drywall contractor used portable torpedo kerosene heaters in the basement to heat the house for drywall installation. Installation of drywall compound creates a large amount of condensation along with running kerosene torpedo heaters. Due to the extreme cold winter conditions and that the West wall of the home gets the brunt of cold winds, condensation could form on the inside. Another factor that could contribute to the issue, there were no gutters installed on the home per Mr. [redacted]. I believe our company is not responsible for the issue at hand, because of the following: - We did not install the [redacted] house wrap to prevent water leakage. - We did not have sufficient material provided to complete the job. - The drywall contractor created a condensation condition prior to the siding installation. - No gutters installed on home to re-direct water. - Mr. [redacted] has never contacted our company with any leaking or water issues in the basement until this complaint received by the Revdex.com. On 6/23/16 I made contact with the homeowner requesting information as to the manufacturer of the window. On 6/24/16 the homeowner emailed the requested information, however the information was not sufficient to order a replacement pane of glass. On 6/27/16 arrangements were made to have the glass measured, fabricated, and installed. At this time we are waiting for the glass replacement to be completed. Revdex.com:The satellite was installed as it was before the roof was replaced. This is satisfactory.I was starting to become concerned as I received no additional communication from the company after my email regarding the window specifics (on 6/24). It's good to know they have the information they need to build the replacement glass pane. I have paused my efforts to solicit quotes for the glass replacement as the company now seems willing to replace the window. In my initial complaint I advised that I would solicit quotes and have the work done but as the company is now working with me I'm happy to let them complete the work.Please keep this complaint open until such time as the glass repair is completed.Regards, [redacted]
