-To Whom It May Concern.Vito LLC has done this load for [redacted] Systems and there were damages that has been done by shipper ( [redacted] ) in North Carolina, and it states on BOL.Driver, [redacted] told me that he wasn't allowed at dock when he was getting loaded, and when he got loaded freight was all way to back of trailer with no room for him to get on back of trailer and inspect freight.Receiver ( [redacted] in Allen, TX) wrote on BOL "skids rejected, skids damaged when loading" (see attached BOL)damaged skids have been taken to [redacted] in Dallas, TX (see attached BOL).This claim has been submitted to Vito LLC insurance, and they have declined claim due receiver writing that pallets got damaged by loading[redacted] Systems has not paid us for freight haul, and would not take claim to their customer, they wanted to protect their customer, but wanted us to pay remaining balance, even those damaged pallets got returned to [redacted] As of this day they have invoice of $2,that has been open for over months.Vito LLC is not responsible for damages that occur by loading since shipper did not allow driver at dock to inspect freight before loading or watch them loading his truck, receiver even wrote down on BOL that freight has been damaged by loading
