[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business claims that they manipulated the lead lamp and it came onFirst, the person working on my vehicle was a child not authorized to actually be doing soSecond, after leaving this garage, I took the vehicle to an auto parts store who properly corrected the problem at no fee and indicated to me that the light was burned out from the beginning, so unless by some miraculous means a burnt out bulb cannot come back onIt took only one minute for the person at the auto parts store to correct the problem Thus, the labor fees being charged to me are unreasonable for what was performed and it also did not correct the problemIt is evident this garage simply wanted me to return the vehicle at a later time so they should charge even more feesI have decided to also file complaint with the State Attorney General's Consumer protection office as well as the Department of Labor Regards, [redacted]
