I ordered a free trial offer of Vitraxyn and Nitric Oxide Booster. I agreed to pay $10.91 (US Dollar) for shipping. I gave the Company my credit card information. The advertising did not specify that I had only 10-15 days to try the product. After that time frame passed the Company charged me the retail price of the trial product. What?? I thought it was a "Free" supply to try. After 15 days Vitraxyn used my credit card information and placed (2) two charges ($92.85 and $93.80 respectively US Dollar). My complaint is; misleading advertising and using my credit card to charge me for product that was advertised as "Free Trial" offer. My understanding was that I was not being charged for the "Free" product however, it turns out that nothing was free at all. Now that I understand this misleading advertising they will not reverse the charges. At least I can only assume this. I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone and they only respond to emails with a boiler room response of..."we would like to assist you with your account and with the charges, so please give us a call at 1-888-262-9640". The problem is when you call the number you get placed on hold forever then you get instruction to leave your name and number and someone will call you back. Sure, good luck with that...still waiting after (2) two days...no call back yet. Anyway, I want my charges reversed and will be happy to return any unused product I have. I only used 1 of 60 Vitraxyn capsules and never opened the Nitric Oxide Booster bottle.
Just credit my credit card with the (2) two charges ($92.85 and $93.80

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 12/05/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.96. Your trial ended on 12/19/2019, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account through contacting our email support on (12/20/2019) and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $92.85 and $93.80
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Thank you. All is well that ends well. You did the right thing. I must say that the site I went to originally was not clear with the information you described or at least I never saw the information. If I had been clear of the criteria necessary not to incur charges I would never had ordered the "Free" sample in the first place. I apologize for not understanding the process. This company has charged my card ***. I want my card RE credites the whole amount. These charges were taken from my account without my permission. This is $200.00. *** I want to report this company for false advertising. Please help me with this matter.

The type complaint is two-fold; advertising and product. I was contacted by a gentleman on my cell phone hyping this product and how great it is and you could try the product for 30 days for a $5 mailing charge. I told him I've tried these type products before and none have worked. He assured me this one would, as they all do. I said I don't want one of those issues where if you haven't notified this company in a certain period of time, you would automatically be sent and billed more supply. He said, no problem, we'll send you a survey to see how you're doing and call and check in on you. We will not send more unless you order it. Just received another bottle and I called and said I don't want it. They finally after haggling around agreed to refund to my card account $190 plus dollars, leaving me charged with $86.65. I feel like I'm entitled to a complete refund. I have an email I sent them Feb. 7 stating not to send me more unless I specifically ordered it. They said they're charging me anyway. The gentleman who called me in the beginning called from Ovieda, Fl. I may still have the number in my phone but it has probably been changed numerous times and he's probably a telemarketer.This company, like many others, is just *** folks left and right, most of them, like me, older. I have the balance of the first order which is probably more than half and, of course, the last shipment I'll be happy to send back. I just want my money refunded. Thank you!

Other (requires explanation) I would like all they money they charged me refunded. I also would like to be taken off their phone and mailing list. So assuming they have requested a refund of $190 plus, I would like the additional $86.65 refunded.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 02/05/2019 which you paid a shipping and handling fee of $5.96 (Vitraxyn NO2 Step 2) and $4.95 (Vitraxyn Step 1) Your trial ended on 02/18/2019 , in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We have cancelled your account when you called last 03/27/2019 and there has been no further charges on your account under Vitraxyn brands and you also accepted the offer for full refund for the latest charge and $50-$50 ($100) for the previous charge.

As I said before, I received a call from a telemarketer on my mobile phone which showed up as being Oviedo, Fl. I've already documented what he said. I did not order from email (he may have as he had my email address);therefore, saw no call within
10 days notice. I was notified of shipment on Feb. 6, 2018 and immediately - and I have the email which said, "Please do not send another order of Vitraxyn unless I authorize it after this 30-day trial period!"
Sent to [email protected]., which is the email they used to inform me of shipment. I just looked Vitraxyn up on internet and there much bad publicity for them. I think I'm entitled to any money they withheld from me.

They say they have given me a full refund and, if so, that's all I was requesting in the first place. I still resent the manner in which they do business and the fact that most people would just not pursue the matter further either because they didn't know how, were embarrassed or felt like they wouldn't get anywhere. I didn't file this complaint for money as much as I did because the right thing needed to happen.
