Upon the suggestion of a Friend, I visited Vittorium Design 2 month ago. Truthfully, I was a bit hesitant as I thought it was very reasonable according for our kitchen remodel budget. From the moment we stepped in the door, my wife and I were treated as Special customers. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to Jose the owner and Leah the office manager. Jose and Leah both spent a lot of time listening to our ideas and parameters and showing us possibilities based on the information we provided. We never felt high pressure as they understood we were in the beginning part of our process and that we have budget limitations. I would definitely recommend Vittorium Design to friends who are thinking on a kitchen or bath remodel. My new Kitchen is AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL AND GOOD QUALITY. My Dream Kitchen.

I hired this company to installed my entire house floor. they sold me laminated floor waterproof and guarantee for 10 years. The floor is breaking sin
The laminate floor don't have one year old from the date of he installation and it's breaking. *** sent his man to repair it last year and they put glue on a brand new floor, from that time in October I've been in contact via the telephone with *** the owner and via email also text to no avail, he promised the work will start to replace the floor on April 1, 2019 nothing had has happened. it's all promises and nothing been accompiished.
I'm seeking a full refund to replace my floor that was inadequate installed.
We are going to start this saying that we have always been in the position of taking care of fixing this floor and anything that happened regarding the floor.In this project we did the installation but we are not the manufacture company, however we spoke as soon as we were notified about the problem to the manufacturer
and they sent a team member to check the vinyl but they couldn't figured what happened on the floor. We took care of contacting the manufacturer, arrange the appointment for they to go to *** House and everything regarding the issue, we are still waiting on them to make any decision even though the manufacturer did not gave us a satisfactory answer we are willing to do anything to fix this.

It was never communicated that the final decision had to be from the manufacturer. Instead, I was sent someone who put caulking in the damaged flooring which made it worst. The issue at this point is that this business and its owner *** are not fit to handle this matter any longer. I demand a full refund and wish to cease any business arrangement with Vittorium Design Corp. The professionalism and lack of concern for the damage is unacceptable. No one should have to deal with a contractor arguing with you regarding when or if he'll even repair the damage that's under warranty.
Since the beginning we are in the best position to take care of this situation and we always will be. If the client have this type of issue we are going to replace everything, we were waiting for the manufacturer and we never had a positive response.
The client was aware since the beginning that this was an issue we had to take care with the manufacturer company. Now that we do not have the positive response we expected, the client has to say when she wants take care of this with us and we are going to replace the damage.
A contract was signed on April XX XXXX with Vittorium Design Corp to remodel a master bathroom to resolve an issue of mold, water leaking into a closet, floor tiles cracked around the bath tub .The Insurance company denied the submitted claim. A letter for non-renewal of the policy was sent on March 7,2017 if the repair work was not done by July 1,2017.
Vittorium Design Corporation was made aware of the situation at the very first meeting held in their office on April 25, 2017. They were told then and in several occasions thereafter that for the insurance company to renew the homeowner policy the work completion date is Ju1y 1,2017.
July X XXXX by not being in compliance with Insurance regulations I was without Homeowners Insurance until September XX XXXX,due to delays by Vittorium Design Corporation. They will show up for one or 2 hours a day maximum may be 4 hours a week during their work process.
The nightmare,the anxiety experienced during before ,during and after the passage *** Hurricane Irma ,September 10,2017 were unbearable. As damage from the hurricane a mango tree fell on an a wrought iron fence and bent the fence
Contact by the Business I will hesitate referring this company to other people although it seems to possess good workers, pending final inspection. It needs to be more reliable and accountable . Respect other people time . "No Show" in part of their work habit I sincerely don't think that here in the USA a bathroom remodeling will take 4-5. months to complete. Note :I had to go to business trip in July and August for 3 weeks ;ample notice was given to Vittorium Design Corp beforehand .

Before she signed the contract we explained to her about permit procedures that may take some time by the City, Is a procedures that is out of our hands. After permit was approved, we started her project right of way. However we stop the project couple times because she had planned vacations for three different occasions for 7 days each time. Therefor we been working at her place for all this time, Irma came and Irma passed, we stopped the project for a couple days because the citation. Now we just wait for final Inspection. We have the best intention to finish her project soon as possible will be our pleasure soon as the inspection will pass *** will be by next week.

This is the first time that I've experienced such unnecessary delay to have a simple job done .Permit submission and approval from the City of Pembroke Pines , time off by homeowners and Hurricane still do not justify the delay.
The answer is rather simple: No productivity by workers when they show up ,supervision was nihil.
Today is October 3,2017 and yet they failed the final inspection by the City of Pembroke Pines

We Vittorium Design Corp, have best intention to satisfy and bring best service ever to Ms. Saint Claire, but at the same time Ms *** need to have in mind that we do not control time from the City of Pembroke Pines for permit procedures and Ms *** was out for 22 days that we stop project couple times and she have to understand that if she stop project workers need to continue in others projects.Our best intention is to finish her job, however we are doing it, we schedule Final Plumbing inspection and after that will be one more inspection and we are done with project.
Please we are more them welcome to make customer happy.
