Dear Revdex.com, I am responding to the customer complaint that I received in the mailI would like to just tell our side of the storyTo the customer I would like to apologize because you were unhappy with our workWe checked our records and found that the customer that
was unhappy with our work was not the person who came into our store but the sister of the customerThere are so many other customers that come in with items that we cannot remember every item we fixSo we asked the sister of the customer if she could bring in the item so we could see exactly what went wrong and how we could fix itFrom what we remember the sister of the customer had said that she would come back with the item but we never saw her againThis is our side of the story and we did not know who the customer was until we received this letterAfter we found out who the customer was I was able to look into my records and find the ticket for the itemSo again this is our side of the situation and would like to fix it in any way possibleIf she would like us to fix the item we would love to do itWe try our best to make our customers happyThis is the first time we have ever gotten a complaint like this so we would like to improve in any way possibleFor the future we have learned a great lesson in customer care and will apply this from now onThank you for reading our side of the story.
