I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me based on the following conditions:  
In addition to PSI SHIPPING & COURIER response
to my complaint via Revdex.com, be it noted on the records that PSI Shipping &
Courier never communicated the following offer to me: "We sympathized
with them, and offered to have the screen fixed, at a quote we received for
$145". Condition for accepting offer:1. I want a written letter signed with date explaining the offer to fix the broken [redacted]). Thank you for taking the
time to read our response for the complaint made against our company.
 Please find attached email correspondence between...

client and our claims
department.  The client shipped a [redacted] television through
our company.  At the time of shipping each individual client is offered
insurance on their shipments to cover any damages, loss, or stolen item; the
client declined the insurance as he did not want to pay any additional amount.
 Upon shipment arriving [redacted] it goes through [redacted]n Customs.
 During customs check the officer damages the box by reckless handling.
 The client was immediately informed of the damage.  Our company
policy states that we are not liable nor do we cover any damage made by the
government.  The client went on ahead to file a claim through our claims
process which is what I have attached to this response.  The claims
department explained again the same information already provided to the client
via phone.  Out of good faith and to appease the client, we took the
liberty to file a claim with [redacted]n Customs to compensate for damages they
brought on the television and the claim was denied.  I am not sure if you
are at all familiar with [redacted] and the way the company operates but no order
or form is there when it comes to the government and corruption.  The
client was called and informed that [redacted]n customs has declined the claim and
will not offer any compensation.  The client want full reimbursement for
their television.  We sympathized with them, and offered to have the
screen fixed, at a quote we received for $145.  The client was still very
upset and wanted a new television.  We did what we could do on our part to
appease the client.  Our hands were tied once they declined to have the
screen fixed and rather wanted the television completely replaced.  The
damages were not caused by our company and the client did not want to insure
their goods.  We are still more than happy to keep the offer and have the
screen fixed should the client still want that option.  Again thank you.
