First and foremost, I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding in relations to our store’s opening hours
We had previously waxed the floors the night before and due to a high interest in the customer’s safety, we had to take on a rigid stance as to whether the store was open or not
Our store always attempts to show its customers the full experience and an undried floor would not have been the cherry on topHowever, we apologize for the abrupt change and our management will take more precautions the next instance something like this may happen
In relations to our cashier whom exhibited foul language; we have already disciplined that individual and trained all employees under the Viva Bargain management that foul language or any behavior that brings negativity to the customer or the workers will immediately be disciplined
We have always held pride in providing the most pleasurable experience to the customer and it greatly saddens me that something like this happened in our very store.
Viva Bargain will attempt to provide the most efficient service to its customers from now on by taking proactive measures to guarantee satisfactionOnce again, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience that our actions and words might have caused.

Review: Viva Bargain Center in Garden Grove states that they open at 9 a.m. I checked on Yelp and decided to come here before I had to drive to work in Orange. I got here a couple minutes early, so I decided to wait outside. The owner saw about 10 customers, including myself, standing outside. Then he opens the door and puts some cones at the entrance. Five minutes after 9, the cones are not removed and one of the people from the crowd asks if we may come in. The owner answers no, not until 10 a.m. I decided to come here because they opened at 9, and gave me time to get what I needed and get to work on time. This was unacceptable, especially because the owner saw us standing there and did not warn us. Also, one of the cashiers was very rude and used foul language towards the customers waiting outside.Desired Settlement: They should advertise correct business time! It is not ok to decide last minute to open up an hour later, and not have even a sign on the door. Many of us customers agreed we will never be back.
