Literally the worst customer service (Chris) I had to ever deal with which is really unfortunate because the doctor was niceI am an out of province patient who had seen the doctor a week priorI phoned in to ask some questions about papers I needed to get reimbursed and the receptionist that picked up, was very rude, didn't let me tell him what was the issue and kept insisting I need to pay $to see the doctorI kept telling him that I didn't need to see the doctor I just needed my billHe didn't let me finish explaining and said that he's done talking and hung upI had encounters with this receptionist and not a single time was he helpfulI went in to the clinic and told Chris that him hanging up was unexceptable and he just said "yes because I said what had to be said and you wouldn't understand." He kept disregarding what I would add and say that there are patients he needs to serve, as if I'm not a patientHe wouldn't let me talk to anyone else and said he is the manager and there is no one else which gave me no choice but to deal with him
Very rude person who is unfortunately giving a bad image to the whole clinic chainInstead of listening and trying to help in the best possible way, he kicked me out of the clinic, started yelling and said he knows he is rude and disrespectful and doesn't want to talk about my case anymore and he also called securityHe threatened if I ever come again he will call the copsIt was such a simple procedure that he complicated so much and due to which lost many patientsHe should not be in a position that has direct customer contact
