Under contract it specifies a fee for License, TSI, and Title which none of them has been done by the dealer in over days

I went to Viva Chevrolet after an emissions failure during a vehicle safety inspection in Aug of Now I have to replace my engine
In Aug of I took my car to Viva Chevrolet after failing the emissions test during a vehicle safety inspection It took the dealership approximately one week to repair the vehicle and return it to me When they returned it to me I was told by *** *** that I had to drive the vehicle for miles for the sensor code to disappear After I drove that distance the code did not go away so I called the dealership back I was then told I drive the vehicle for miles (this in the month of November)When the code did not go away I called the dealership During that call I was told I had to drive the car for miles Once I reached miles, during the month of March, when the code again did not go away I brought the vehicle back to the dealership While my vehicle was in the shop I received a call from one of the technicians sayin

I purchased my new Malibu model #1G1ZB5ST5HFXXXXXX September 1, 2017, Sales rep *** ***, financial manager *** *** They initially told me my car would be financed with TD Auto Finance LLC, and my first payment was suppose to be due by 10/26/2017, and my first set of paper plates expired on 10/31/By 10/I still had not received anything by the bank as far as my VIP number to register to give my payments, or from the car dealership about my car platesI went to the dealership and I was told that they messed up my paperwork and my car was financed with Capital One, not TD FinancialI was also told that something happened to my title and they were not able to get my plates just yet, I got my first extensionI got a letter from Capital One within a few days with my VIP number and have been giving my monthly payments

Once with finance manager, which I do not know the name of, he said we were going to start paperworkIt was already a Friday at around 8:PM, so he said that we were going to start signing papers and on Monday he would finish,
