Great Job!
Had a truck delivered from Grand Island N.Y. to Las Vegas NV. viva Express did a GREAT job! They picked up the truck a day late, and got it to me 1 day early. couldn't ask for better service. The driver was a real nice guy and very courteous, he called me a day before delivery to set-up a time and, he was on time again, great job!
Thanks,
Sincerely, A.W.R.

I was trying to get a vehicle delivered from New England to Phoenix, AZ within a certain time frame.I have been dealing with [redacted]. for several months now to get my car moved and he was aware that I needed to get my vehicle in Phoenix, AZ by August 14. I called several times and also sent numerous emails asking for return calls. When [redacted] finally emailed me back he told me to use [redacted], which is his brother-in-laws company; they take turns shipping vehicles I was told. I contacted [redacted] at [redacted] and he said he could get my car there and we agreed on the terms. I have written numerous emails, as well as called numerous times, to [redacted] and [redacted] asking for confirmation and a contract; to date I have still not rec'd any communication from either of them; when I tried calling [redacted] to find out what was going on he said "You have a wrong number". Now I have to spend an additional $200 to get my car moved and it cannot be in Phoenix by August 14.Desired SettlementI was given a price of $1100 from [redacted] to move my car and now I have to spend $1300. I want the $200 refunded to me as they verbally told me they could move it, but when I emailed asking for written confirmation, I was ignored.Business' Initial Response First of all this [redacted] called me two times and I always answered on the calls. She was sending me a thousands of emails every day with pretty much the same questions, I always answered with my answers to her. From the beginning I told her that my company will pick up her vehicle before Aug 8 and be delivered on or after August 14 for the amount of 1150$ . About two weeks before Aug 8 I emailed her that my company will not able pickup her car because of the truck issue. She had plenty of time to fined another carrier to move her car. Just because I had dealing with all of this I suggested to call [redacted] and may be they will help her out and from that time she was dealing with them . According to our company terms & conditions , in section # 2 says: " NO delivery time is guaranteed . All delivery dates and time only estimates of normal deliveries, (delays may occur).Transport does not agree to transport shipment in time for any market or event and will not be responsible for loss or damages occasions by unavoidable delay . There are absolutely no guarantees made , expressed or implied, regarding delivery or pickup times or dates." Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Like I said earlier I'm done with dealing with this matter. However I would never recommend this business to any one. Please close this matter. Business' Final Response We only gave this lady an estimate and never had any written agreement . She went with the broker which is [redacted] and I believe she had a written contract with them. I do not owe her any money for just a verbal estimate. She is the one who owe our company for wasting our time.
