Review: I have been calling and e-mailing [redacted] regarding incorrect billing since January 2015, with very little response. In the past we had an agreement with our partner doctors and [redacted]. The doctors would place orders with [redacted], then [redacted] would bill our company for all the charges, then we would bill the doctors for their specific orders. This agreement was discontinued in August 2009; the doctors and [redacted] were notified of this change. We ceased receiving bills so we assumed everything was understood. In October 2014, we started receiving bills from [redacted], with new charges. My Finance Manager called to explain that the charges should be billed to the specific doctors since the agreement ended in 2009, but our statement was not changed. In January 2015 we began receiving frequent bills with more current charges. After many phone calls and e-mails the current charges finally stopped being billed to our account in early August 2015. However, all the incorrect charges placed on our account from October 2014 to August 2015 have remained on our account and finance charges have been added monthly. All of our e-mails stating the billing was incorrect and requesting that the doctors be billed for these charges have been ignored.Desired Settlement: Since it was [redacted]'s accounting errors that put all these charges on our account, we are requesting that all the charges on our account would be credited and billed to the correct doctors, the finance charges would be credited and our account would be closed.

Review: I purchased a pair of sunglasses from [redacted] factory online. The arm of the sunglassesbroke off. When I contacted [redacted] regardiregarding my issue the gave me a phone number or viva the company that wawarranties there glasses. I called and left a message, a few days later I was contaccontacted by Trisha who gave me the address for viva which was in Somerville NJ. I mailed out the suns glasses4/1 my tracking #[redacted] states the package was received by viva at 12:10 on 4/6/15 I have called and left sseveral messages with the person who handles the warranty issues and have not once rereceived a call or email back. I have even contacted [redacted] about the matter and one of their customers service agents have tried to get in touch with no luck or updateto let them know if they need to replace my sunglassesunglasses or if viva will be able to repair them.Desired Settlement: I would like a new pair or repaired pair of sunglasses of equal value to the ones I purchaspurchased within a acceptable time frame. I have already waited over a month with no answer as to what is happening with them. It is summer I would like to be able to use my sunglasses
