I buy a car from Casa Kia on George Dieter and the car does not have a Title!!!! on September of I visit the dealer to buy a used card for my daughter, after the dealing, we buy the car the same day, we drive the car home, everything was ok, until after two weeks we did not received the Licenses Plates, they told me that they will give a call to go pick up the plates, month pass [redacted] call them and the plates did not arrive, already pass [redacted] months and the plates have not arrive., they tell me that the title is been missing and they are in the process to obtain a duplicate, however no ones take the responsibility to call me and let me know whats going onI have been very patient with them, I have been making my payments on time but from them I haven not herd nothing

After purchasing my used vehicle from viva auto group on Montana, days later the car broke downI then began to call the dealership to see if it was covered under warranty, I called over times and the phone was just passed from phone to phone until I was forced to hang upI happend to be out of town so my parents were forced to go down to the dealship and still nothing was solved they just kept saying there taking care of itWhen I got into town a few weeks later I went inside and demanded to be reimbursed because I just got the vehicleAfter an hour of arguing back n fourth we finally came to an agreement with the main manager that they would pay half and send me a check in the mail that would arrive in 2-weeksIt's been months and I haven't heard from them or seen a check plus I have called and nobody has any idea who I am or what I'm talking aboutThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I brought my vehicle in for safety recalls and when I picked it up my car was damaged like it was in an accident On today's date my vehicle was dropped off at 730am for service to fix safety recalls on a Mitsubishi Outlander SportWhen I returned to pick up my vehicle at about 1pm I noticed damaged on the front of my vehicle near the grill and center emblem was damaged, cracked and dented in to be exactI immediately notified my service representative and when he came out and noticed it he said they would fix itMy issue is that no one told my service rep that my vehicle was damaged or involved in some sort of accident and that's not professional nor accepatable at allI am an active duty military memember that just lost my wife this pass [redacted] to breast cancer so for this to happen sent me over the edgeI will never bring my vehicle back there for service just to get repaired since that's what I am owedI refuse to deal with businesses that are deceitful and hide

Viva Kia did not pay off my trade in. It has been 3 months and it still has not been paid off. I purchased a new vehicle from Viva Kia on November 11, 2017 and traded-in my 2013 Honda Civic which was still under a Financing contract with Flagship Credit Union. Viva Kia did not pay-off my trade-in until December 27, 2017. As a result, I had to make a payment on December 1, 2017 in the amount of $309.00 to Flagship Credit Union to ensure that the note did not become delinquent. I made this payment on a vehicle that I had traded-in to Viva Kia and was no longer in my possession. I don't have the income to pay on 2 car loans which is why we traded in the Civic in the first place. That payment put serious financial strain on me and my family and at Christmas time no less. According to Flagship CU, Viva Kia did not even pay off the note in full and a balance remains that is still accruing interest as of today and is now being reported to the three credit bureaus as past due. Vehicle was trade in Finance Dept is responsible to submit payoff to White Sands Bank, since weeks ago, I am still being charged from old vehicle
Finance Deptstated they have sent ck # XXXXXX on Feb.7,to White Sands Bank to pay off vehicle in amount of $15,and $10,more on Mar, White Sands Bank have not received anything and I talked to Manager *** *** and *** in Finance from Viva Kia and they said they will complete payoff this FridayI got charged from White Sands Bank the monthly payment $on 1/17/because they have failed to send the payoff of $25, Customer Service Deptat Viva Kia is terrible they never answer phone calls or return calls after I got really upset about this matter, they should have sent the payoff at the moment of signing for the vehicle purchase and they are just using the money from the new Loan to their convenienceBy the time they decide to send payoff I will get charged another $in my Bank AccountI

My complaint involves service repairs done for the same exact mechanical symptom of which is stalling and not restarting thereafter

I visit the Dealer on George Dieter, back on September 2017, the salesman very professional, no problem with that, they qualify me and my daughter for a used car, The problem is that since that date I haven't received the license plates or the registration of the car., Is been months already and all they said is the Title is missing and no one has been able to help me with this situation, the car is running with a Paper Plates since that., They said they will call me but no body take the time to call me, I am the one who call them all the times but no one can give me a date or time when the will received my registration and the License PlatesI will not recommend this place at all

At the financing and last person to see and sign my actual contract, I asked the guy when I was going to receive my coupons to be used on maintenance (like oil changes)besides the motor warrantyHe told me "you will receive them on the mail" now after a month I called the Kia dealer and the finance guy told me that I declined that coverage! Now the actual finance guy on my contract doesn't work at this dealer no moreI have no way to prove them wrong
