Called business spoke with J***She stated that she sold the gift certificate to MrB***She stated when a gift certificate is purchased a hand written date with a signatures is put on the gift certificate to verify when it expiresShe stated that when the gift certificates are purchased
they are made aware of the expiration dateJ*** mentioned that there is no printed date on the gift certificate just the hand written dateAll gift certificates have months before they expire

I am not going to pursue the complaint any furtherI don't agree with what J*** said and regret that I did not keep the gift certificate to show how confusing it wasI will not patronize the restaurant and get my satisfaction when I see them close

I am not satisfied with this review and offer becauses as the customer who food was not effected I thought it was very unsanitary for the server or hostess a male to allow me as the opposing customer to see him pick thru food that was spit out of a customers mouth as he searched for hair. the server finds the hair and then walk it over to my table to share his finding to indicate it did not Belong to any of his cooks. my appetite was ruined as I even asked him to walk away as I was still eating. it’s not about the monies or food at this point it’s a principal and they are not willing to compensate even as they were the same when I was in the restaurant even once the police were called the man or server was belligerent with the police. they too had to ask him to wok away while they spoke to me. I’m saddened by the response of the eatery and how they treat their customers. I believe they are [redacted] and it showed as soon as I walked in and I knew this was not going to be a great experience
