And if I wanted to be repaired, the price will be increasedTired of losing my time there, I finally showed their advertisement online, with the same truck they were showing me, for a lower priceAs I expected, the sales guy immediately went to "talk to his manager" again, and seeing that that was a difficult deal for him, he never showed up again, not even to have the courtesy of saying "goodbye" Well, the sales manager came to me, and he told me that the lower price that they had online was without the repair, but since I wanted the truck to be repaired, the price would be higherAt that point, I was upset and I told him that they were not explaining that in the advertisement, which would be fair to any possible customer, announcing that they were selling hail damaged cars at a "lower price", and disclose the higher price if the customer wanted the vehicle to be repaired I know that they have insurance that covers their vehicles, so actually they were charging me for the repair even when they already got that money from the insurance, and they were not giving me the real price for a hail damaged vehicleI know that those "Hail Sale Rebates" are not a good deal for the customers, but this people think that all the customers all ignorant about thatTired of this, I told to this manager that I was not interested anymore, and that I got a better dealWhen I said this, he questioned me with who?, and what was the offer, because the other Nissan dealer "never do the same rebates than him"I just told him that I had to go to the other dealership and find out the numbers for a model SL that they have there, and he could get the same model for meI told him that I was not interested, and he tried to question me again, asking me why, and when my answer was "just because Iâ m not interested", stared at me for a few seconds and suddenly left me in the cubicle saying that "then he had nothing to talk to meâ , which again was another demonstration of lack of respect to me I had to go behind him to get my keys, and asked him where my truck was parked, and I left I found this people very rude and disrespectful

we bought a nissan sentra months ago and just came to find out the car was damaged and is a safety hazard We have tried to get car repaired by them and all they do is give the run around and refuse to fix the damages that happened to the car before it was sold to usHe offered to give us a brand new car for the same price I purchased the damaged one for then when I had everything worked out with my bank he refused he ever made such deal with me Managers as well and the General Manager are very rude and disrespectful Told us to take our bussiness else where No sense of customer service from anyone at that dealership

Very disappointed on the type of servicesWe went to Nissan because it was recommended by a friendHe was not able to help us but another sale person was able to so he helps us, we did not have any issue with thatBut everything when down at soonest we when to the finance Officer to talk about the contract and financeAs we went through the contract he was putting more attention to the football game that was on the big TV, then the client (us) that was in front of him asking questions about the financeThat was very disrespectful to us, and when we asking more questions about the contract, either he did not put attention to us because of the game or he just did not careWe start to get impatient with him, to the point he tells us "If you want to buy the car buy it if not then no worries"The only reason we executed the contract was because of the interest rate the bank offer and nothing elseWhen we executed the contract and it was finalized we tell him the disappointed we got with his service and instead of apologized he just smile to usThe reason I am writing this review now is because I let it go but now that we went to see if they have our plates ready," because they never call us" we find out he put in the contract that we wanted the full-service warranty that they offer even do we were very clear we did not want it and since it was already paid by the bank to them there is nothing we can doIf a family member or a friend asks me where to go buy a car you can be sure it will not be Viva NissanI buy a second car in other dealership and got much better service

On Nov 2016, I started to do my research to buy a new 2016 Nissan Frontier. I own a black 2013 Nissan Frontier SL, with all the luxuries that model includes, in a very good condition and new tires. It's value according Blue Book is at least $17,000.00 trade in.
I submitted a request online, and a sales person contacted me immediately. We set up an appointment to see him on Nov 23 2016. I arrived to my appointment, to find out the sales person was busy with other customers, which were closing a deal, meaning money in the hand for that sales person, so he turned me in to another sales person (that's disrespectful). I explained to the other guy that I wanted to trade in my 2013 Nissan Frontier SL for a new one, and that I am still paying it to Firstlight Federal Credit Union, and I knew I will have a negative balance with the trade in, but I wanted to figure out number first.
After having me waiting there for an hour, the sales person came with an appraised value of $13,000.00. When I saw that, I told him that that was not the value of my truck, and he left to turn in again the deal to the original sales person. I’m not new doing this, and I know that many sales persons when they see that the deal is not going to be very productive to them, they throw the ball to each other.
After showing me different options, with different monthly payments, I told him that I disagreed with all of that, beginning with the appraised value of my truck.
As always, they did all the circus show that car dealers do: "talking to his manager", coming with new numbers, "talking to his manager" again, just to bring me a new appraised value of $ 16,000.00. suddenly my truck value was $3,000.00 more than when I arrived there. And the sales person told me the same speech they do almost always: that the deal was not favorable to them, but to me; that they were not getting any profit with the deal, but that the dealer had to sale a certain amount of cars per month, etc. etc. Again, I found this disrespectful, because with my credit score, the actual value of my truck, and my income level, they are not doing any favor to me selling me a Nissan Frontier SL, which does not have all the things that mine, includes. Even worse, the new truck has hail damage, and they told me that I was getting a discount of $1,000.00 for that! And if I wanted to be repaired, the price will be increased. Tired of losing my time there, I finally showed their advertisement online, with the same truck they were showing me, for a lower price. As I expected, the sales guy immediately went to "talk to his manager" again, and seeing that that was a difficult deal for him, he never showed up again, not even to have the courtesy of saying "goodbye".
Well, the sales manager came to me, and he told me that the lower price that they had online was without the repair, but since I wanted the truck to be repaired, the price would be higher. At that point, I was upset and I told him that they were not explaining that in the advertisement, which would be fair to any possible customer, announcing that they were selling hail damaged cars at a "lower price", and disclose the higher price if the customer wanted the vehicle to be repaired.
I know that they have insurance that covers their vehicles, so actually they were charging me for the repair even when they already got that money from the insurance, and they were not giving me the real price for a hail damaged vehicle. I know that those "Hail Sale Rebates" are not a good deal for the customers, but this people think that all the customers all ignorant about that. Tired of this, I told to this manager that I was not interested anymore, and that I got a better deal. When I said this, he questioned me with who?, and what was the offer, because the other Nissan dealer "never do the same rebates than him". I just told him that I had to go to the other dealership and find out the numbers for a model SL that they have there, and he could get the same model for me. I told him that I was not interested, and he tried to question me again, asking me why, and when my answer was "just because I’m not interested", stared at me for a few seconds and suddenly left me in the cubicle saying that "then he had nothing to talk to me”, which again was another demonstration of lack of respect to me.
I had to go behind him to get my keys, and asked him where my truck was parked, and I left.
I found this people very rude and disrespectful.
