First off, she had called around to get information then called back and booked the appointmentShe was late for the appointment and called, however she was in the wrong area of town so she *** had us mixed up with another locationPossible she was told by another salon that the
spray tan would last two weeks. She was never told by us that it would last for two weeksWe always tell clients 3-or 5-depending on skin and aftercareI personally told her 3-5-as I do all my clientsAs well as she was given aftercare instructions that also states 3-or 5-days dependingYes she came in on Friday at pm and we used *** that is a -hour setShe was complaining about her last spray tan when I was doing her spray tanShe was also told if there were any problems with the spray; if I missed a spot, to call right away and I would fix it for free* *** *** * *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** ** *** If this client making the claim was unhappy she should have called back Friday, Saturday or even SundayWe are open Mon-Fri 9-9, Sat-Sun 10-6. She did not call back till Wednesday- days after to say she was blotchyThe term blotchy is when the tan is coming out of the skinI told her at that point it was not a touch up issue and I would not be fixing it for freeShe was told she could book in for a new spray tan but it would come out of the pack she had purchasedAs for not being dark enough, she chose to go with Medium colour to startWe do have gift certificatesThey are paper and can be purchased for other peopleNo we do not have a receipt printer and she did not ask for a hand receipt.She called for a refund however, it is posted in the salon no refunds or exchangesShe was told again she is welcome to come in and use her spray tans on fileShe is also welcome to put someone else on her file and they can use them if she does not want to come in

I am rejecting this response because: I did not have them mixed up with any other business . *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * The issue is on Sunday I was told by my friend that I had white areas where you could see she did not do a good job on application. If I got the tan Friday at 2:30PM and was able to notice very dark areas on Saturday That is 24hrs , I taught maybe it will go away in my next shower , but it didnt but on Sunday my friend noticed areas I could not see myself , if I called Monday and there was no answer that is 72hrs - days . I was able to get a hold of the owner the Tuesday morning which is days. *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *Plus regardless again of the timeline When I called to ask for a correction the reason I was given is . "No I will not fix it because its been days and spray tan don't last more than days anywayDo you want to book another spray tan"*** *** *** *** *** * *** *Thats the answer I got the 1st time I called her , so here my reasoning . If *** *** ** *** a client is asking kindly for you to fix it , the answer should not be NO . Followed by an excuse on your spray tan is days old . She did not asked me to come in and have a look but straight up said no . Followed by excuses and *** ** * *** by dismissing what I was told on the phone (Again she wasn't there when I called and she's not the person I spoke to either)*** *** *** ** *** * *** *** ** . When it comes down to it fixing it would of cost her 4$ worth of product and mins of her time. Keep in mind I had just spent 117$ at her salon.*** *** *** *** * I've tried to speak to her and find a solution but what she did is disrespect me , talk over me and dismiss the issues.*** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** * *** *** * ** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** I did not pick Medium as a color .I told her I wanted to be dark and showed her 4-pictures of my usual tan. *** *** *** *** ** *** * *** *** ** *** *** ** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** *** * *** * *** ** *** *** *** * *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *So I called again yesterday which was attempt number to find a solution to the problem (Which I recorded the call because I was faced with being provided incorrect information.) Yesterday I asked if there was another tech and the employee said no So I asked to speak to owner again which this time she said (and its recorded) that spray tan can last 3-days if your dry and 5-if your moisturizing *** ** *** *** *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** ** *** *** So if you use the answer she provided yesterday if I called in days later ( as showned by date on my iphone log) since she claims that it can last between - days her argument given on my 1st attempt to rectify the situation doesn't stand anymore
