Vivaterra return policies are unfairI bought a carpet from Vivaterra, which cost dollarsI was assured that I could return the carpet and that return procedure would be in the packageMy carpet was wrong red color and I decided to return itReturn policy stated that I had to pay for the shipping costs, which ended up being dollarsI got the carpet on May 11, returned it on May 18, and FedEx said that Vivaterra signed for it on May No refund was given to my credit cardI called up Vivaterra on June 8th and they said that they had just received it, and will refund the I called them again June 27, and I was told that they have been too busy to refund the moneyI was told that they will do the refund right away, which in their system means daysI am waiting for the refundI think Vivaterra is using my money to run their businessIt is not fair

If you have to return a item, BEWARE! they take forever to return, so far I have not received mine A clerk cannot help you and they tell you a supervisor will call you to days..Believe me, it takes days Said my money had been returned to my credit card and so far (days ago) it has not Of course the item was returned over wks prior to that Very poor business practice

Vivaterra return policies are unfair. I bought a carpet from Vivaterra, which cost 1460 dollars. I was assured that I could return the carpet and that return procedure would be in the package. My carpet was wrong red color and I decided to return it. Return policy stated that I had to pay for the shipping costs, which ended up being 130 dollars. I got the carpet on May 11, returned it on May 18, and FedEx said that Vivaterra signed for it on May 22. No refund was given to my credit card. I called up Vivaterra on June 8th and they said that they had just received it, and will refund the 1460. I called them again June 27, and I was told that they have been too busy to refund the money. I was told that they will do the refund right away, which in their system means 4 days. I am waiting for the refund. I think Vivaterra is using my money to run their business. It is not fair.
