I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As you can see from the attached pictures, the work that was performed is totally unsatisfactory These are only a few pictures of the issues that are still outstanding The company states that the roof gasket was installed - it was never installed and the roof still leaks The company never contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the repairs The last crew that was here never made an attempt to pick up sheet metal screws and they left debris behind as shown in one of the attached photos The removal of the sheet metal should not and is not our responsibility We hope to get this resolved as soon as possible Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern: We stand by our previous response The customer wrote nothing on our delivery paper work noting any issues with paint on the building We still sent her additional touch up paint at no cost to them Also, we always give an opportunity to our customers to set the building at the height they would like at a cost of $per additional block The customer representative refused pay the additional cost Therefore, the building was set at the height paid for (block high).Sincerely,Mike BolynnPresident

As I stated, the quality is poor & I feel stuck! he didn't respond to the issue of the floor & wall panels not being sealed! As long as his response that after days I needed paint will become apart of public record & that his driver said thing & my husband said another & the bricks were already there! This is a manufacturer's issue and not a sales issue This customer did have some legitimate issues with his structure We have corrected all of those issues as of last week We have a call in to the customer today to ensure he is happy with his structure The issues the
customer has with the structure was some scratching on the trim and on roof panels (these have been replaced), building was leaking (sealing gasket was left out but has been installed), building was out of level (it is customer's responsibility to have the job site level and this site is approximately 2' out of level front to back and 2' out of level side to side), screws left on job site (we attempt to pick up all dropped screws with a magnet but we do not get all of them This is the nature of a construction site) We will ensure after the call today the customer is happy with their structure.Sincerely,Mike BolynnPresidentIP Steel Structure (manufacturer)HT Sheds (retailer)

I have been in touch with the company and they have acknowledged the building was not installed properly. They are sending a crew out within the next weeks to look at the issues to see what they need to repair the building. This was promised to us in the past. I do not want to close this complaint until all the repairs are done. I am willing to work with the company to get this corrected but it needs to be completed in a timely fashion

To whom it may concern:All our sheds are sold with delivery and sto block high If a customer requires additional blocking or would like for us to add additional blocking, there is a charge of only $per block This was explained to the customer's husband during the sof
the building again on their property The husband, who was there with my driver during the delivery and set-up, chose not to have us set it at an additional height because of the additional charge As far as the paint issues, we have a delivery sheet the customer signs when the sis completeThere is a place the customer can list any issues with the building as seen at delivery There was nothing listed on the delivery sheet from the customer and the sheet is signed showing delivery of the building was complete Once notified of the paint issues from the customer, we reviewed the paper work and saw there were not issues with the building at time of delivery We did decide to send the customer some additional paint at not cost to the customer to allow them to touch up any issues that may have occurred on their property All my personnell followed proper procedure in handling this customer Sincerely,Mike BolynnPresident
