Vivid Ink and Toner

NOT a good dealNOT quality inkI swear every time they call, I have "one more package to close out the deal." Price is not comparable to ordering genuine HP cartridges, especially considering the quality They are SO annoying when they callDon't get wrapped up in itSounds convenient, but is super *** Oh, and they try to make you think this is the best deal ever by putting candy and $Starbucks cards in the box with your ink I would rather have quality ink!

This company has got to be the biggest scandal in ink history - Every time they call me they always say "you have one more shipment left to close out the promotion" - I even wrote down the last time they called (which was approx months ago at which point they said the same thing - They keep trying to drag it out at a whooping $a pop - WTF - I will never do business with them again - Total waste of time and their ink sucks too

This company tries to swindle as much money from you as possible Company offers a trial toner and then says that you are contracted to buy more toners I have been called and harassed multiple times Every few weeks, I receive a call from a different sales rep and am told that we are obligated to buy one more toner I have been told twice that we would be put on their "DO NOT CALL" list, yet they still callDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Vivid Ink, is a total scamThey "hooked" my store manager into buying nearly $23,worth of toner for a business that wouldn't use that much in a hundred years.We sent the bulk of it back, and got a check for just over half of what we paid them, having already sent back another$6,worth that was billed,but not paid forThey claimed that half of what was returned was out of date and not saleableThey issued a store credit for the difference, expiring in one yearWe have no way to use $8000+ worth of toner in a yearSurely deceptive and fraudulent practicesThese scammers should be in jail

Do not fall for their "Free Trial" offer as you be sent ink cartridges/toner in bulk a few weeks later along with a ridiculous invoice. We got an invoice for over $600 for inkjet cartridges that we had no use for. This was after we sent back their free trial offer (unused), which they have acknowledged receiving. They now claim we signed for one of their bulk shipments, however, the signature is not from anyone who works for us. They keep halving the invoice with every harassing phone call.
