I am trying to notify someone that my complaint #*** has been resolvedI received the refund yesterday from VP Auto. Please let me know if I need to make any further actions regarding this complaint

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They did infact refund the money, however I never stated that we would take back the part Also, per Rex he said that they would come pick it upWe (My wife and I) never agreed to take back the complaint as we do not wish this to happen to anyone elseThe complaint is resolved but I will never let this happen again, to myself or othersTheir customer service was sub-par and they re still denying the part was bad, even after the *** *** certified mechanics refused to put it in my car and wasnt sure it was going to work because of its conditions which was more then just damaged switchesIt was in pieces and was filled with thick black oil which they know because pictures were included from the begining to prove suchI want to thank you for helping us get this resolved and they haven't tried to contact us about the part, which they can come pick up at any time. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is the second time he said he has taken care of this, we have given him our bank info 3 times and he still says it will be there tomorrow. He actually had the nerve to ask us to remove the complaint and harrassed my wife [redacted] yesterday (Oct. 27th) about the Revdex.com complaint. He then said he would post the refund to our account last night and it still is not posted. When we contacted "Rex" again today (Oct 28) he said that he had done it today but then 5 minutes later said he would do it in 10 minutes and said he didnt have the transaction number nor would he tell us from what bank the refund was coming from on their end. He is definetly stalling and tried to use scare tatics with my wife regarding the complaint. I am at the end of my patience with this. Thank you for your time in this matter. Dear Team,
This is to inform you that that we have already processed the refund and our representative Rex did not harass the customer, customer was using abusive language on the call, more over the transmission which customer has received was not damaged, only the switch is damaged which we dont provide any grantee on the switches, even though we had still processed the refund directly to the customer's bank account to provide customer satisfaction and the prof has been attached. We agree their was a delay in processing the refund because we had informed the customer to send the pictures of the part which he had received, without confirming that it was damaged we will not be able to process the refund and more over as stated above the transmission was not damaged.
We had requested the customer to return back the part back to us for which customer is not willing to do. Even though we had processed the refund.
We had called the customer and spoke to them on the same day, for which customer said he had received the refund and informed us that he will take back the complaint with you. 
We are still trying to contact the customer but customer is not responding to our calls. Please check and resolve the issue asap or else let us know what we can do.
