On July **, I then purchased 10 Domain Names for $112.65 on [redacted] as they suggested.

As of now, I never received any Website from them that they suppose to do for me.

They scam me out of $497 and I got nothing. I called their phone #s with no respond.

10 Domain Names are non-refunable. So I can't get a refund from [redacted]

At this time, I have not been contacted by Vivid Vision Marketing regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased 30 websites using my Paypal account for $1,497 from a website called bestseosites.com to be built by a merchant called Vivid Vision Marketing. Shortly after I paid, the merchant asked me to give them my Paypal email address that I used to make the purchase so that I could access their membership site. When I did, I found their Members Area to be very bare and very unprofessional in appearance. A few hours later, I received a phishing email, supposedly from Paypal prompting me to access my Paypal Account by giving my login email and password. This raised my suspicion, and I called Paypal the next day about it, and they confirmed that it was not from them, and that it was indeed a phishing email. I then forwarded it to the Paypal Fraud Dept. as instructed.I suspected that the incidents may have been related and I became wary of Vivid Vision Marketing. After doing some research online about the company and the website, [redacted], I could not find anything that indicated that this was a legitimate company or that the people behind it were reputable. 2 days after the initial purchase, I called Paypal again to try to cancel the order and get a refund. On that same day I sent the first of 3 emails to Vivid Vision clearly stating that I wanted to cancel the transaction and get a refund. They responded each time telling me to continue the transaction and not to cancel, thereby ignoring my requests. Paypal eventually denied my refund claim, because my purchase of websites is an intangible product and they only refund for physical products under their Protection Plan. But they suggested that I contact Vivid Vision directly. When I did, I spoke with a man who said his name was [redacted], who after learning that Paypal closed the dispute against him, was very rude, abrasive, and while yelling at me, clearly said he would not give me a refund, even though he still had my money and the sites were never built. He eventually hung up the phone on me. In my opinion, a total fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like the $1,497 to be refunded to my Paypal account, and to have no further dealings with what I have found to be a very unethical and possibly fraudulent company.

Response:

I contacted my bank and explained exactly what happened to them. The bank then contacted Paypal and was able to get them to reverse the transaction. So I received a full refund of my payment. While I have no proof that Vivid Vision sent me the phishing e-mail that I received shortly after doing the transaction with them, the fact that they were refusing to give me a refund, and their overall very poor customer service makes me glad that the issue is resolved and I intend never to do business with them again in the future.

Sincerely,

Review: I made a purchase of 10 websites package through my Paypal account which is linked to my visa credit card account. The websites were purchased for $500 from a merchant called Vivid Vision Marketing, through a website called [redacted]. Shortly after I paid, the merchant asked me to verify my Paypal email address that I used to make the purchase so that I could gain access to their membership site, which I gave to them. I found their Members' Area to be very bare and very unprofessional in appearance and set up. I TRIED CALLING THEM OR EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE I THINK ITS A FRAUD COMPANY

Sincerely,

Review: I've bought their service for $525 and also registered 10 domain names as they suggested. Total costed me more than $650. Then, Bestseosites.com, told that they will contact me with in a week with all the requirements that I have to provide me. After that mail, I never received a mail and their support keep on giving explanations. If its like one of 2 weeks, I can understand. But these explanations continued for more than 16 weeks. I was completely pissed off and they have 45 day refund policy, but I didn't recognize that they are trying to drag it till that date. After that, they ever responded, not even their support. They are rude and reckless.

They are surely the fraud service. They ate away all my money and time that I spent asking them about the update. I'm vexed of these stupid service, please help me out in getting the refund back.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have my refund + money that I invested for domains they suggested + time and I'd like to demand them $650 to pay me back.
