This company's representative went, uninvited, to my 90 year old mother's house where she lives with her 85 year old sister. My mother reported to me that she kept telling the man that she did not want his security system but he just kept talking and installing the equipment the whole time she is telling him she does not want it. He apparently got her to sign paperwork which she did not understand which gave her a contractual obligation to pay the company $49.99 per month. He also had her sign papers that started a monthly automatic withdrawal from her bank account for the payment which she can ill afford. She called me completely upset after the man left. Needless to say, I have cancelled the contract (thankfully she mentioned this to me before the 3 day cancel without penalty period was up). I do not know how this man can sleep at night using these strong arm tactics to take advantage of the elderly. Additionally, the fire alarm that was installed which is apparently included in the program was installed with a defective battery that caused it to beep all night preventing my mother and aunt from getting any sleep that night. I am completely disgusted with this company and will be filing a consumer protection complaint with the Attorney General's office as well.
I have used Rich Moseley Irrigation, Inc. for years and they have continually done an excellent job at a great price. Our latest emergency was resolved quickly and they also identified and took care of another potential sprinkler head problem while they were here. I recommend them often and have confidence in the work they do.
Rich was easy to deal with and when we agreed on a price I was surprised he didn't want payment until completion of the job. I was in the process of having Paver work which needed to be completed prior to irrigation. Rich installed the well and pump almost two weeks prior to paver completion. After about a week I called Rich and asked if he wanted some money seeing he was out of pocket for the pump and well materials, Rich replied you can pay me when completed as we agreed. The job was completed last night and the work was exceptional. I am lucky to have chosen Rich Mosley irrigation to do my job.
A totally enjoyable experience to do business with Rich and his staff. Five stars and 100% satisfaction with all aspects of the work and the cost. The sprinkler system is working great! Bob H.
It was really great experience working with Rich and Dennis on our sprinkler repair. After having a fence put in the entire system was not working correctly. They did exactly what they said they would in the time frame indicated and were very reasonably priced. It was a pleasure having them do the job! Very satisfied with service to my existing sprinkler system. Rich came when he said he would,evaluated the repairs needed, and provided an estimate on the spot. He answered my questions in detail. My repairs were small in scope so he was able to preform the work immediately-- unheard of now days. I would highly recommend Moseley Irrigation to anyone .
My first experience with Rich Moseley Irrigation was great. They were prompt, fair and handled the problem with my sprinkler, They also checked the other sprinklers and cleaned them up so as not to cause problems in the future. I will definitely use them again and have no problem recommending them for any sprinkler concern.
Highly recommend this Company...Father/Son team that came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave an accurate and immediate quote to fix the problem, and fixed the problem when they said they would at actually less than the price originally quoted. I comparison shopped their price and they were at or under all others I checked,,,fair and professional folks to deal with.
We called Rich [redacted] when one of our sprinkler heads started gushing water. We turned off the pump so it wasn't an emergency but Rich [redacted] and his crew showed up the next day and replaced the sprinker head quickly and inexpensively. Ours was a small job but I will call them again when I need major irrigation work.

I called Rich to check out the pump/sprinkler system for my recently bought home. He returned my call promptly and came out the next day. He fixed everything and reset the timer the same day for a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased and will definitely call him again for any future needs.
