This is the worst home security system company you could ever use!!! Initially after first switching our service from [redacted] to Vivint, things seemed goodProvided a good deal on more advanced equipmentHowever, if I would have known all the issues we would encounter going forward, I would have stuck with our outdated equipment and other service providerPanel always has low battery issues or the touchscreen doesn't recognize your touchYou call Vivint to try to get the matter resolved and these people are extremely rude and unhelpfulConstant billing issuesForget trying to get a resolution to that eitherYou get the run around and transferred to different people and wind up being on the phone for an hour only to STILL not get the matter resolvedTheir policies and procedures change depending on who you talk to...it's extremely frustratingI have never in my life dealt with a company who had such HORRIBLE customer serviceDON'T sign up with this company!!! I will never do business with Vivint again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone

To put this in the nicest way possible, Vivint has got to be the worst company with the absolute worst customer serviceThey are never on the same page with anythingI swear, none of them know what is going onFor starters, when the guy came to install our system, he said "oh, I don't know if we can install it in this townI will have to get the approval from my supervisor first"They clearly knew my address when coming out, so he should have gotten the "approval" before ever coming to my house in the first placeHOURS later, his supervisor finally called him back and approved the installationWhile he had waited on the call he literally sat on our couch and watched our tv and it was awkwardHe kept saying he should call any minute now when we told him just to come back another dayWe ended up moving months later and I sat up an appt for them to move the system into our new houseThe morning of the appt(which I had taken off work for by the way) I called them asking what time they'd be thereThe guy I talked to said he would have the installer guy call me with a timeHours later, I called again because I hadn't heard backThe person I talked to said they cancelled my appt a few weeks previous because I never answered their phone call (off of a weird number) to confirm itThey never left a voicemail or sent an email or anything to tell me It was cancelledI was so mad I told them I wanted to cancel our service and they wouldn't do it because we had signed the contractNow we either have to make ANOTHER appt with them or pay a settlementI would pay the full 2,we supposedly owe than to have them back at my houseI have never been so angry

Vivint is courteous knowledge of their products Technicians are friendly and fast to respond I have been with them for a long time Very satisfied with the products Makes me feel secure

three appointments to have a tech come to our house to fix the problemThe first appointment the tech never showed up and t were canceled, by Vivint, on the day of scheduled appointmentI wish we would have done more research before signing up with Vivint Secuirty (search Vivint on Revdex.com)Do not waste your time or money on this serviceTheir equipment is cheap and their customer service is horribleIf I could, I would rate Vivint Security with a big fat ZERO!
