This was part of our complaint, in the "Cancellation" clause, it refers to "address, facsimile or email listed below"There is no information listed below, and when my wife tried to get information at the tanning salon, she was told she had to go onlineSo, she had to search to find the website, then search for the email addressWhich they just deny receiving the emailThe whole system is set up to make it difficult to cancel a membership
