the original purchase. The customer cannot provide this to us, so we cannot locate their order and warranty to begin with. We have advised the customer to contact Amazon as they can provide them with this information.In addition, the customer is using this product against recommended use, thus we cannot guarantee that a replacement will suffice as we have already advised them to purchase a higher quality product that we also carry. (We suggest Pure Copper vs. Copper-Clad Aluminum as was purchased for their specific use.)To conclude, this customer is requested a replacement product that will likely not suffice for their needs and they cannot provide us with their initial order information to verify the remaining warranty, let alone original purchase.
