Since we were unaware of this complaint in the office, I have reached out to our distibutors and our salesman It is not listed which distributor the windows were purchased at and the warranty number is not listed, I have been trying to find more information out about this claim Our salesman Charlie J [redacted] has left Mr [redacted] a couple of messages, but he has not gotten a response If Mr [redacted] would call our salesman Charlie J [redacted] he can talk to him about his complaint
