These people are a scam I ordered waist trainers for over $and its been about weeks and I have NOTHING! they even made a tracking label and they havent shipped anything at all BEWARE and do not order from them, I have also noticed people have had the same experiance wither this company not only do they NOT ANSWER CALLS BUT THEY DELETE COMMENTS ON THEIR INSTAGRAM TO HIDE THEIR FRAUD ACTIVITY DO NOT TRUST THEM BY ALL MEANSdo not trust them with your money they will not give you your product

I would not purchase a waist trainer from this website. The waist trainers are some of the most highly priced trainers I've seen and the shipping they charge is outrageous. On top of that, it can take a month for your product to even be shipped. I placed on order Thursday that needed to be changed or canceled, I've tried to contact them through phone and email and have yet to receive a response and it's Monday. Also, the email listed on the website for exchanges is not a valid email.
I placed an order with vixxen curves several weeks ago and have yet to receive my order. Their customer service has been non existent. I've attempted to call them multiple times. Every attempt ends with a voice mail and no returned call. The several emails I have set have gone unanswered as well. Finally I posted on their instagram account asking for help. As the post was public, they asked me to directly message them through the instagram account. They deleted my post about not receiving my order aND will not respond to my direct message now. I am extremely put off by this experience and would not recommend vixxen curves to anyone.
I purchased 3 items July 2015 I have not received any items & it's Oct 2015. I called & left numerous messages & also emailed them a few times & attached all my info & still no response. Today I called my CC company to dipute charges since I have not received my product & any response from the company. I just want my $271 credit back to my account. Very bad customer service!!
