On October 18, 2015, we received an email from Mr. [redacted]. His email stated the same facts stated in his Revdex.com complaint.
On October 19, 2015, our Publicity & Events manager, [redacted], responded to Mr. [redacted] by email. She...
thanked Mr. [redacted] for his feedback on the event, apologized for his experience at the event, and told him that she was checking into the security situation. She explained that the event was limited to the first 110 people with wristbands because we needed to limit the amount of books signed so that the author was not overwhelmed. She then asked Mr. [redacted] if he had any other questions or comments.
We have not heard back from Mr. [redacted] since sending the October 19 email.
