Tow driver was not honest and mislead us that we would only be charged for the towWe wanted our vehicle taken to our house; however, he offered that if they took it to their yard it would be easier for our insurance adjuster to view it and complete the insurance processWe were persistent that we could not pay anymore than the tow and he assured us it was fineHe made it seem like he was helping us outWe picked our car up approximately hours later and was greeted with the news that we were going to be charged for storage for three daysThe lady at the desk was rude, smirking at my frustration, pointed her finger in our face and said we could not have our car until we paid for the tow and the storageShe told us we misunderstood the driver and she would not give us our carAfter an hour of going no where with her, we got enough cash to pay their absurd feeI want consumers to be aware that this companies employee's are dishonest and take advantage of their customersI hope my feedback helps someone avoid the same situation we went through today
