I don't agree with their response, as it is not accurate, and or the total truthFirst of all, I would not have opted for any bone graph substance of any kind to be put into my body if I had been given a choice, I was not given that choice, the dentist broke out a portion of my upper jaw, a piece of bone of considerable size, but if you examine the material the dentist put in place of the now missing bone is no larger than the size of the lead tip of a pencilAnd examine the improperly seated position of their temporary tooth is what is causing pain and discomfort, and the dentist himself did not examine the temporary tooth nor the x-rays after one of his assistants put it infurthermore I indicated prior to any treatment, that I would have to make payments based on my income, they seemed to be ok with it then, why all of a Sutton the change? I don't trust that location anymore, and they are dishonestNote what they have been paid already, for really disfiguring my mouth, they do not trust me now for continued payments as I have been making to them up until I notified your office, then I can't trust them to do anymore business with meThe quality of work they've done as to what they've been paid, seems quite obvious that this establishment is only concerned with what goes into the cash drawThey are now attempting to deceive youNO!, they need to give me back all of my money, I will find a more reputable dentistThank You

Patient, [redacted], was first in our office on April 25, 2016. He proceeded to getting treatment done in our office. After the first portion of the treatment was complete and paid full he then moved on to continuing his treatment with us. On June 14, 2016 Mr. [redacted] received crown prep on tooth...

number 3 and was advised that he needed to pay the crown in full before we could deliver it. He then made payments towards his crown, while it was sent to the lab to be completed. When we received the crown he came in to get it delivered, at this visit (07/26/2016) before being called back he was told he needed to have is account come to a zero balance and he said he could not make the payment, we then mentioned to him, again, that before anything is delivered his account needed to come to a zero balance.
After this he was called back to see Dr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] let our doctor know that he believes that his health is declining because he has not had his permanent crown delivered, but this is not true because his temporary is in place and he had not had his temporary on for longer than a month. We hope this explanation is sufficient enough to clear this issue. Because we are not neglecting the patient any treatment, we just want to ensure payment before it is delivered.
