Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and I am unclear as to what the proposed action is, however, please review the details below.Upon reviewing VMG's response to my claim, I am disappointed to see that they have given the Revdex.com an incorrect account of the events that transpired in regards to this claimI have attached a timeline and phone log to provide a clearer account of the events leading to this claimThis same document was given to Mr [redacted] ot the Bureau of Automotive RepairHis investigation included a settlement offer of $1,to be paid over a three month periodVMG Automotive declined this settlementThe Bureau of Automotive Repair has since then provided me with the proper documents to release the records of the investigation and file in small claims courtMs [redacted] (VMG) has failed to treat this matter with the fairness, trust, and professionalism expected of Revdex.com accredited businesses In my opinion, a satisfactory resolution to this issue would be a refund of no less than $1,Should VMG continue to deny this settlement offer, I have already secured legal counsel and am prepared to file for the full amount possible in small claims court Regards, [redacted]

Sept 13/the Customer had a conversation with VMG and VMG ask to the Customer theopportunity to fix the problem the Customer agreed, VMG proceed to make a diagnostic and theCustomer saw the Pick Up with some mouse feces and we proceed to clean it as VMG agreed beforeSept 16th /the Customer came back and the truck was having the same problem condition, thatsame day we clean the upholstery of mouse feces and during those days we continuous testing anddebugging but the computer diagnosis does not show any code to fix the failure September 26th /we sent the 'Pick Up for diagnosis to *** *** *** to see if theycan detect the failure that our Sncomputer cannot find, but they could not found the failure either(lnvoice 37831) (Exhibit 4), VMG received the Pick Up, VMG proceed to send It for repair again

The Bureau of Automotive Repair has since then provided me with the proper documents to release the records of the investigation and file in small claims court. Ms. [redacted] (VMG) has failed to treat this matter with the fairness, trust, and professionalism expected of Revdex.com accredited businesses. 
In my opinion, a satisfactory resolution to this issue would be a refund of no less than $1,500. Should VMG continue to deny this settlement offer, I have already secured legal counsel and am prepared to file for the full amount possible in small claims court.
