I wish to comment on our experience with this dealership. In October of 2015, my former spouse leased a Kia Optima from this dealer with a 4 year 48000 mile term. We were dangerously close to going over the alotted mileage, and were attempting to purchase a new Kia. We also had credit issues to deal with. We were unable to be approved for the amount needed, as we still had close to a year and a half worth of lease payments which had to be added to the amount we needed to borrow. The salesman, Joe Greene could not get any kind of deal done, nor could the finance or sales manager. Our local radio station is bombarded with ads from this dealer which may account for showroom traffic, it certainly can't be their reputation. These ads say "we own our own lending company, and can lend money to the people who really need it". They also claim to practice "lenient lending". What a crock. When I pressed the salesman about the commercial we just heard on the way to the dealer, he only grudgingly admitted they do some of their financing, but "hadn't used it in a long time". We couldn't qualify for this because of the extra lease payments not yet made. After repeated visits to the dealership and emails, we did not hear back from them in any form or fashion. We were treated like second-class citizens because our credit wasn't exactly spanking clean. There is absolutely no excuse for the treatment we received and I would recommend anyone considering doing business with them to run, don't walk in the opposite direction.

I had a very bad experience with this business regarding the leasing of a new vehicle last year. They had agreed to correct a a misrepresentation of a vehicle but in the end would not do soThey had ample opportunity to correct the situation but obviously do not really care about their reputation

In December 2017, I traded in my leased Chevrolet Impala for a new kiasI was told my lease would be paid off and returned to GM financialAs of today 10/15/2018, my lease is still in possession of KiaI have tried numerous times over the year to contact Kia in regards to solving this matter and was told that it was tesolved and I have nothing to worry aboutThis is not the caseI am still in contract with GM in regards to the Impala that has been in Kia's possession since December of GM also informed me that Kia never contacted them in regards to my vehicle
