The bathroom has several stains on the ceiling that were there prior to us doing the roofWhile on site the homeowner and I could not determine where the "leak" is coming fromI told the homeowner to call me if it becomes active but in my opinion it is steam causing this as all the stains are in the shower areaI will service the customer if the "leak" becomes active and our work is the cause
We have met with Mr [redacted] and have completed everything according to our contract We explained that an initial error in ordering material snow balled At this point I believe that Mr [redacted] is satisfied and will be withdrawing this complaint We found him to be very understanding once all was explained and completed
