Vnuk & Associates completed an Estate Sale at my father's house last month. Three generations of items ranging from valuable antiques to common household items were sold in three days. We were pleased with the efficiency and pleasant demeanor of the associates, despite overwhelming crowds and some individuals who left their manners at home.
The associates helped buyers move the items to their vehicles, or made arrangements for delivery. The event was upbeat and sales were brisk.
Research is done to determine fair selling prices, and we were asked if we would like to make any changes. All in all, this was a huge undertaking we could have never done without professional help. We received our certified check 7 days after the sale. From my experience with the sale, I offer this advice, applicable to anyone you may choose to sell your estate: Take all the time you need to decide what not to include in the sale and remove it from the premises before going forward.
