& Wellness StudioI received your letter last Thurs May as I was out of town on business May 8-last weekI called your office and left you voicemails, one on Thurs May and another one Friday May in the morningAfter not hearing back from you, I called your office again and spoke with an operator who informed me you would be out of the office until May He then gave me your email address to contact you because a written letter mailed using the USPS would most likely not make it to your office but May 16, which is days from the complaint stated in the letter. The customer disputing this charge had made an appointment for January 5, When she and her daughter, who the service was for, came in that day, they wanted to discuss their facial options as her daughter was preparing for her upcoming weddingDuring our consultation, she mentioned she would like to have a chemical peel so her skin would look good for her weddingMy professional recommendation was to come in and have that treatment closer to her wedding dayWe then decided, together, to reschedule that appointment to January 13, Never once did I say to her that I was sick nor did I refuse to perform her services that dayThat is a blatant lieWe scheduled a Signature Lift facial service priced at $They failed to show up for the appointment nor did either of them notify me or attempt to call and say she wasn't comingmins after the scheduled appointment time, I attempted to contact her using the phone number she had entered into the computer systemShe did not answer the phoneShe also did not have a voicemail system in place so therefore I could not leave a message for herI attempted to reach her several times that day via phone to speak with her about our cancellation policy and discuss any fees that may be incurredHowever, she never answered my calls and never notified me that she and her daughter would not be coming for their scheduled appointmentI have a hour cancellation policy clearly stated in an email you receive when an appointment is scheduled as well as in the reminder email that is sent out automatically 24-hours prior the the appointmentWhen I did not hear from her or her daughter, I charged the credit card on file for the amount of the scheduled missed appointmentI then received a voicemail on Friday, February with regard to the chargeI called the number back and again no responseOn February I received notice of a credit card dispute for this chargeI attempted to call the number once again, however this time someone did answer the phone but said "I am on an airplane and can't talk right nowI'll call you later." She didn't call until the next dayWhen I was finally able to speak with someone, who ended up being the daughter, she admitted that she did not call or try to contact me on the day of her appointmentI am usually very lenient with my policy and after I got the notification of dispute I offered to split the charge and refund her 50% equaling a total of $She was unwilling to except thatAt that point I had done all I could do and that wasn't good enough for herI got notification on April 26, that the credit card dispute was resolved in my favorA few days later, her mother, the woman who had filed this complaint wrote a negative and falsified review on my business' Facebook pageIt also appears that was the same day she contacted the Revdex.com to file this complaintAs a small business owner I would like to see this complaint removed from any recordsThey had scheduled an appointment and simply failed to follow through with that appointmentThey disrespected my time and my business and I simply can't stand for thatI often have a wait list of clients looking for appointments and she caused me to lose out on income that day she decided not to show up for her scheduled appointmentI explained to her daughter I would've happily worked with her had she contacted me that day the next day or even the following week but she waited almost a month later and then all she could say was "I'm sorry".Please contact me at ###-###-#### if you have any other questionsThank you for your time.
