Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] Let me correct some of the errors in the response to my complaint Although the owner sent a lovely picture of his wig display, I was in a private room with my girlfriend when the sale lady brought in the wig of my dreams I did not pull it from a shelf so I did not know which side it came from Nor did I have the opportunity to read his signageAnd when I used the wig spray that the girl recommended and sold to me, I used it sparingly (not everyday for 6-weeks as he stated) and not often as it did nothing Also in response to dirty, I washed it according to the directions I was given for a natural hair wig I was given these natural hair care instructions by the sales clerk when asked how do I care for this wig This was the second indication that I purchased a natural hair wig The first was the price As stated the refreshers did not do anything to correct the problem of the wig and he said it did I then handed him one of his new wigs that was identical to mine except color to show him how different the feel and texture was compared to my wig that was worn 6-weeks He repeatedly told me that this was natural wear of a wig I said should I buy a $wig every 6-weeks It was at this time that he told me "I will not give you a new wig"Then I said then I will not pay for refreshers that did nothing He then told never to come back to his store I did not make a scene and I certainly was not bullying to his employees The gentleman that was there was understanding and most kind the girl he called over to consult on the first day was rude and the owner was more than rude when he told me never come back Please not that I have taken this wig to two wig shops and they all concur that it certainly was not a natural hair wig as I was lead to believe and it certainly was not wear for a wig that was worn 6-weeks

Product purchased: 2-10-Voga Hair Wig which is hand tied with a blend of 70% heat friendly fiber and 30% human hair which has buimoisture control properties that withstand temperatures up to 356°FResponse to customer’s problem: In response to ID [redacted] questioning of purchasing a synthetic or human hair wig, I have included a description of the product above In addition I have enclosed a picture of the display shelf, which shows shelves side by side One clearly marked Voga Hair and the other Diamond Human Hair I apologize if there was confusion on whether to use the wig care hand out for human or synthetic The original instruction on using the human hair care would be the recommended care As to the condition of the wig when she came in on 5-18, she stated to us that it did not feel soft like it did when she purchased it Our store manager looked at it and saw nothing unusual, other than it probably should be cleaned As she stated in her letter, she had worn it 6-weeks and used hairsprayShe never stated to us that she had been using hairspray This is no big deal; however a wig will get dirty and feel different from the hairspray and the environmentShe did decide to have a wig refresher done She was not satisfied with the service, claiming it was not soft enough We wanted to make her happy so we agreed to do it again She came back and was again not happy with how it felt She then wanted only me to redo the service again I was totally booked with other clients, but agreed to do it during my lunch break I was really having a hard time trying to understand what her issue was with the hair So when I was done refreshing it, I had different stylists feel the hair and tell me how it felt Each one agreed the hair felt greatShe returned and was unhappy again She then snatched the wig and said she was not paying for the service as she ran out the doorThrough this whole process she was rude and overbearing to me and my staff There was nothing wrong with the wig Any wig store in America would have come to the same conclusionHer behavior was over the top and causing a disruption As she was leaving I did state to her she was not welcome back in the store In the end, I will always try to make the customer happy Her claim was unfounded and there was no changing her mind I would have tried to work out some compromise even if she was wrong Her rude and bullying behavior with my dedicated employees was just too much It was a simple matter of respect and dignity and of treating our employee’s right [redacted] Voga Wigs & Hair Add-Ons

 Let me correct some of the errors in the response to my complaint.  Although the owner sent a lovely picture of his wig display, I was in a private room with my girlfriend when the sale lady brought in the wig of my dreams.  I did not pull it from a shelf so I did not know which side it came from.  Nor did I have the opportunity to read his signage.
