Vogel Bros. Building

Review: With almost complete certainty, (a consensus of accredited, professional body shop estimators, and body repair personnel) a Vogel construction loader operator caused damage to my vehicle, (on a Coop parking lot, and outdoor seating, remodeling construction project). A failure to neither acknowledge possible responsibility for the incident, nor honour my request to compare (by aphysical placement, of my vehicle, and their suspect skid loader) to verify a justifiability of an existence of a Vogel employee implication.Desired Settlement: Admittance, apology, and monetary compensation, (if physical comparison proves, beyond a reasonable doubt) that Vogel, (or their on-site sub-contractors), have caused the damage to my vehicle, and if so, voice their choice, in recommendation, of abody shop, to provide suitable repair, to resolve this issue of an operator's non-reporting, of an illegal hit&run. (all archived e-mail communiques between Vogel party and I, (to provide elaboration of details) will, of course, be forwarded.)
