I have been a faithful customer of Vogue Cleaners for over years Recently, after giving them dress pants for cleaning, they gave them back with an awful odor This was confirmed by the woman working in the store at the time I picked up the pants They advised me to give them back and let them try and clean them again to remove the smell, which did not work After a series of speaking with the manager, Tammy, she continued to ask me to let them clean them again and again to try and remove the smell, which again, did not work Tammy did not offer any other solution, nor did she offer compensation for the now ruined dress pantsI called her again to discuss, left a message, and never heard back This is terrible customer service for anyone, let alone a faithful customer for over years I have taken my business elsewhere, and would NOT recommend Vogue Cleaners to anyone in the area

Drapes left to be cleaned and pressed were cleaned, but not pressed and damaged in the process
After calling to confirm the cleaners could clean and press long pleated, lined drapes I left pair of green drapes on 4/4/at the *** *** location of Vogue CleanersI was promised they would be ready 4/11/They were not ready until 4/21/When I opened the packages, they were hanging on hangers, I found they were full of wrinkles and no pleats were in the drapes, they were a messI called the store and was told by the manager, ***, to return them and they would redo them at no costBut, their boiler was down and it would be a while before I could get them backI returned them on 4/25/and they were supposed to repress them with pleatsI picked them up again on 5/11/and they were still un-pleated and very wrinkledWhen I took them out of the bags I discovered that some of them were torn on the bottom where the drapery weights were torn out of the drapesI was

I work with quite a few real estate agents as a owner of a home inspection companyI can say Heather W*** at Ravenswood is a caliber above mostTaking care of clients and the details of their transction, is where she excelsShe has the knowledge base, skill and expertise to handle the most trying of times and the most difficult transactionsI definitely want her on my side when buying or selling a home! I would not want to go through the process without her!

This was confirmed by the woman working in the store at the time I picked up the pants. They advised me to give them back and let them try and clean them again to remove the smell, which did not work. After a series of speaking with the manager, Tammy, she continued to ask me to let them clean them again and again to try and remove the smell, which again, did not work. Tammy did not offer any other solution, nor did she offer compensation for the now ruined 3 dress pants. I called her again to discuss, left a message, and never heard back.

This is terrible customer service for anyone, let alone a faithful customer for over 10 years. I have taken my business elsewhere, and would NOT recommend Vogue Cleaners to anyone in the area.
