I am rejecting this response because I never agreed to a no return policy, I never received a call from the company and according to the clerk, the fabric was not in the store when I first went in sometime in the late winter/early spring,

The customer made a large order with a Michigan billing address and Japan shipping addressWe were not able to verify that the shipping
address belonged to the card holder so we refunded the payment and asked for the customer to pay by PayPalThe customer said they couldn't pay with PayPal, so they re-ordered the fabric (using a credit card) and wanted us to ship it to a freight forwarder in FloridaAgain, we were not able to verify that the shipping address was for the card holder so we refunded that purchase also
The customer had us special order a home dec fabric which required a non-refundable deposit. Which she was notified of and agreed to at the time of placing the order and giving us the deposit. This took place in September of 2016. We ordered the fabric and we recieved it a week later and our order...
notes says we called the customer and left a message on the machine. The update to in the order notes is that she came in on March 8th and said she never heard from us so she bought fabric somewhere else and now wants her deposit refunded. We have the fabric waiting at the retail store for her to pick up. Please note, she agreed to the non refundable deposit at the time of the order but she no longer wants it. It is 2 yards of a $45 a yard fabric.
The fabric that was ordered for customer is at the retail store awaiting balance of payment. This fabric was ordered because of deposit made by the customer. This is not a fabric we carry in stock and was special ordered by the request of the customer. A deposit was given so we will hold fabric for the customer until payment is made and the fabric is picked up.
