My wife and I recently tried to pay our homeowners fees online on Ardsley's website, and while it looked like it had gone through, apparently the payment did not post Instead of calling us, or trying to make ANY personal contact for non-payment, our account was sent to a debt collection law firm This is just a bad way to do business!

All exterior changes to
the home require an
Architectural Request form to be filled out and sent to the management company
The approval committee or Board of Directors must approve all exterior changes
to the homeWhether the owner of the property was aware that there would be a
change or not they are still the responsible partySending the violation
notice is part of the process when the proper approvals are not received
Prior to receiving this complaint the homeowner had
spoken to the property manager regarding the situation

Poorly designed website, poor bill payment options and, rude customer service (e.g. not wanting to hear about areas that need improvement, etc.).

The Board of Directors of [redacted] HOA had to make some very difficult decisions this Summer. Since the...

delinquencies in assessment payments have risen this year the budget is spread incredibly thin. Because there is less money some reductions had to be made. [redacted] does not just have a pool. [redacted] has an entire water park equipped with a pool, kiddy pool. splash pad and waterslide that is larger than most that you see in a city pool. The pool is not being closed for the Summer, but the hours needed to be reduced to accommodate budget shortfalls. I understand that the decision is not a popular one and we and the Board wish it was not necessary.
The only way that the hours could be extended is if the delinquencies are paid.

Most of the time the maintenance company can get there fairly quickly, but unfortunately this is not always the case. Some repairs do take time and like any aspect of a persons life we have to wait our turn. Street lights everywhere do go out from time to time and need to be repaired and replaced.
